Although I don't shop in this area, I stopped by to see what they had, and I wasn't disappointed. They had shoes on clearance and sale. And nice clothing items. I would shop there again. Also I found a necklace that I needed for a furneral I had to attend. Surprise, I wasn't looking for it but I found one. Yes!!!

I took my kids shopping here yesterday and the staff was super rude one of them called my 10yr old daughter fat and the manager was talking about my hair after I spent almost 300.00 at their store. I will never shop here again.

OMG, you guys—I have to tell you about my absolute game-changing shopping experience at Rainbow! Now, listen, I’ve shopped at Rainbow before in other places, and let’s just say… those experiences were less than stellar (think: messy racks, questionable customer service, and a general “good luck, girl” vibe). But THIS location? A whole different world, and it’s all thanks to Jasmine!
As someone who constantly struggles to find clothes that actually fit and feel good, walking into this store was like a breath of fresh air. The moment I stepped in, not only was I greeted with actual enthusiasm (shocking, I know), but I immediately noticed Jasmine working the floor like she owned the place. She was greeting everyone effortlessly, making sure people found what they needed, and—get this—she was basically acting as an in-store stylist for both the mannequins and the customers! Like, who does that anymore?!
So obviously, I had to wait and ask for her help. I told her I was shopping for a trip, and y’all… when I say this girl delivered, I mean she DELIVERED. No measuring tape, no hesitation—she pulled items that fit me perfectly and styled them in ways I never would’ve thought of. I shop a lot (my return game is strong, okay?), and I have never had this level of service outside of a high-end store. I literally thought she had to be the manager. When I told her she deserved a fat commission, she just smiled and said she doesn’t get one—she just hopes I come back and show her how the outfits turned out. I mean… EXCUSE ME?!
Rainbow, LISTEN UP: You better not dare lose her because she is the only reason I’ll be coming back. I’ve already told all my friends to go see her. This girl is the truth!

just came from up there the manager was being so rude to her employee in front of a few customers it was disgusting the employee was very professional though in just ignored it. it seem like she was use to it the manager was this big lady rolling around in a “chair”. as she rung me up i said hello she ignored and started talking on the phone to it seemed like a friend wow she then told me my total she seemed distracted be it was the wrong amount but i corrected her then i gave my money and Left out the store. she doesn’t need to be working there. i won’t be coming back neither

Horrible experience, if I could give 0 stars, I would.Let me preface by saying I'm a flight attendant and often have to go between locations; this store was short staffed but the manager was there to handle all business, and this particular location did not have fitting rooms.I was at this location in September of 2022 and made a purchase for a little over $22.00. I paid with my Samsung Wallet (phone) because I accidentally left my debit card at my residence in San Bruno. The manager is the one that rung me up. I ended up trying the clothing in the car and when it did not fit I took it in to return; again, the manager was the one working with me. Upon making the return, she stated I could not get a return on my Samsung Wallet and that I had to have my actual physical card. She refused to give me a cash refund and said she can only give me a Rainbow Card. She made sure to let me know it never expires. I agreed since I had no other choice, even though she was the manager....MAAAAJOR side eye and lip smackFast forward to present day, I was making a purchase at the Mall of America and had my Rainbow Card with me from September 2022. I figured I'd use the funds instead of just letting the card sit. I never used it until then and neither could anyone else as no one has access to my wallet. When I was rung up, the cashier at the MoA location said there were no funds on my card.In blatant terms, the manager at the Oakland (this) location, stole my money "legally." Needless to say, they lost a customer and I strongly say buyer beware.
