Recares is a place where disabled people who don't have much, from diapers, pads , walkers, incontinence supplies etc.. The people who donate the supplies are people who have lost their loved ones or just had too much on hand. Maybe their patient or family member didn't need any longer. I've been grateful enough to support many people in this journey of caregiving. I support Recares and all they do to reach out to others and give, this is important work. I've been a healthcare worker for 55 years and I started with Recares about 2013, helping so many others, trying to get supplies when every necessary. Thanks to all the various Volunteers that have helped to keep Rcares open, to continue its valuable help with the community, they are very much appreciated.Continue to give this organization as much as you can by donating the dollars that you know you would have had to spend if you had gone to the store or the people who have donated have spent their hard-earned money for the products from givers. Please keep Recares going do the work, we should also.Erica ?

A waste of time, badly managed. You can't find out what Recares is taking ahead of time. If you show up with something they have enough of they'll not only decline the donation, they won't even take it for disposal. An hour and a half, two gallons gas and about $300 of sterile catheters wasted without even the courtesy of disposing of the proffer and without the foresight to create an online or by-phone way to find out if they're taking your item this week.

Such a good resource for medical equipment (walkers, wheelchairs, canes, depends, and more! etc) for those in need. You can donate your used medical equipment as well.

The parking can be kind of hard and the lines can move a little slow but the people who work here are super sweet, generous with their time and make sure to try to help you get the right equipment for your needs. I am thankful. I got some almost new really good medical equipment for my mom for free. I feel lucky. Thank you ReCares.

Great place to donate medical equipment. Also, if you need a cane, wheelchair, commode, supplies, they're provided free of charge.

Amazing nonprofit specializing in medical equipment. You can drop off unused items, such as crutches, wheelchairs and more. I had surgery on my right foot and was in need of a handless crutch. I called ahead and left a message on their machine. Within minutes I received a call back from a kind employee. He informed me that they had two in stock and to stop by before 4pm. My partner went to pick up the item and said there was a ton of parking and staff was very helpful. They gave him the crutch that day and I was able to use it in physical therapy the next day. I am very grateful for places, such as this, that let individuals like myself use equipment while they are healing. Thank you to the team for being so accommodating and inviting.

This place and their volunteers teams are THE Best anywhere!! We have donated many items and received many free unused medical supplies. Things my mom or elders no longer needed- I have donated pads, pull-ups, diapers, walkers no rinse soaps and barrier creams, reachers. Even bigger equipment like hospital beds, hoyer lifts, scooters and bedside rolling tables and bedside commodes. I can't thank them enough! And if you get on a waiting list for something they actually will call you up on the phone to tell you the item you need and are looking for has been donated and id ready for pick up. They are awesome!! They're a real blessing. So many of these items are too expensive for regular purchase.

The people there were very nice and very helpful. I'm so thankful for this place, Everything was free and we were graceful for their help. Not too many places you can go to to get diapers and other things for an adult. You don't pay for anything because everything is donated to them. We left a donation and you can too because u never know who else might need some help. Again we are thankful.

Wonderful place to donate and receive free medical appliances and supplies, like canes, walkers, toilet seats, adult diapers, etc. Recycling at its finest. Limited days and hours so check the web for details. Right now it's Fridays from noon to 4:00.
