I go to the movies by myself almost every weekend. The friendly and professional employee (slender, white male with nice hair) makes me feel welcomed like a regular. The supervisor in the morning every weekend profiles me even though I have been there for months on end and even buy/watch multiple movies in one day. She seems to tell her employees that make me feel welcomed…to keep an eye on me. After each movie, I use the bathroom because of my Starry. She makes sure to have the same employees that are welcoming profile me as well. It’s unsettling. It’s either I’m a trusted regular or a movie criminal. I’m not sure what her issue is but I won’t be speaking to her when I attend. If I feel uncomfortable again from her, I will write multiple reviews including her name. Thanks!!

Great deal with a Regal card! Sunday and Tuesday's movies are $5, on Tuesdays the popcorn is half price! They also validate for the parking garage across the street.

Clean easy to book walk-in tickets.Customer service with one cashier was okay while waiting to be served. His energy towards my granddaughter was low energy not so friendly vibes. No smile no how can I help you! Other than that it was a great experience with paid validating parking.

They let homeless watch films for free and don't bother to do walk throughs. Theater was completely empty on a Saturday night besides one homeless guy who reeked. A sad experience.

They schedule 20 minutes of “transition” commercials that start when your movie is scheduled for. This number is not subjective and was given to me by a staff member. It does not include previews.

This theater is a bit of a strange experience. There was nobody checking tickets and nobody selling tickets so the concession stand operated as a ticket sales point and a concession sales point. As I said, nobody checked tickets for the theater either so had the movie not been crowded, theoretically somebody could've watched for free. On top of this, when the movie started the lights didn't turn off for a couple minutes until somebody went and told staff. I'm assuming the 2 or 3 people on concessions were the only workers and they were doing great but overall not great experience.

I've made several attempts to contact lost and found. Nothing. Emailed nothing. All there messages are heard for is promoting ticket sales. How about customer service. Kelly Ayres

Cozy and convenient place to watch a movie. Indivisul Theatre room capacity was smaller than expected, but views are good. Staff was friendly, concessions was clean but i caught a show during matinee hours so probably varies. Overall, i like it.

I was visiting the area for a couple days and decided to watch a movie here and was pleasantly surprised by the prices and the overall experience. I came here every day while I was visiting since it was so affordable. Definity recommend.

The manager is rude and she has a power trip. Sunday night 9.3.24 . I'm the only one in line and she tells me I can't have a personal scooter inside the theater. With all the car break-ins that happen outside. It's not even safe there anymore hence the armed security guards. I would think she would be happy as a manager to have paying customers attend. I've been a movie goer at Regal for over 10 years and no manager ever asked me to leave at the Jack London Regal for having my scooter. I ordered popcorn, drinks and movie tickets. I have over 300,000 points meaning I spent a lot of money at this location. If Regal doesn't turn this wrong into a right. I won't be going to Regal anymore. I'll watch online or go somewhere else. Another thought: where is the sign that says no scooters? Hopefully customers don't continue getting their cars broken into while watching movies there. And we can feel safe driving to that location. So upset, I wanted to watch the movie and enjoy .. Guess not
