I have been a customer of Rockridge Cleaners for many years now, I have never had any issues until recently. I brought in a shirt that only had stains on the inside of the collar from normal use. When I picked up my shirt, it had stains on the inside and outside that weren’t there when I dropped it off. Black noticeable stains. It was resent to get cleaned and came back and it was still dirty. The owners of this establishment are adamant that they did not damage my shirt when I know they did. I need them to either fix my shirt or replace it.Edit: they didn’t do either
