I love shopping here, it’s really affordable and good quality clothes. I’ve been to a bunch of other locations, and usually the fitting rooms are like bathroom stalls, with the walls not going all the way to the floor, but I really like that this one had walls that went all the way to the floor. It made me feel a lot more comfortable changing in there, thank you!

My experience here is always good I have no complaints from here wat so ever there so nice here although the lines do get a bit crazy time to time best time to go is in the morning or afternoon 😉 other than that everyone is soo nice

They are discriminatory and weird. Followed me around just as soon as I came in. Do not shop here go somewhere else.

I love the clothes that have here, rather than paying 80+ dollars for pants I only pay 20! I did however find a bag of white powder in one of the hoodies, made the purchase slightly better imo.

This place is messy... But man does it have a lot of rotating stock and reduced (extra!) further prices!
It also has a great security and antitheft team, difficult to find nowadays in the bay area. Very helpful security, I need to get that guy a drink one of these days for figuring people out (I got off work, felt like sh.... I dont feel like I carried it, but he sensed it and told me that they sale drinks and directed me.
However it does get messy sometimes, and the crowd are unruly at times but the price is too good.

I've noticed the improvements at this location. It was very organized and spacious. Very neat. The employees were also very nice and helpful even if the line would sometimes get slow, and people got restless waiting, I'd see them try their best to go fast but also take their time. Loss prevention and the security are also extremely helpful. I like how it wasn't as crowded as other Ross's.

I can never find much for myself. This location doesn’t get a lot of new stock from what I can tell. They do have a ton of kids clothes and toys, so I still go.

The Spanish older lady cashier is rude. She was taking my shirt off the hanger through the top part stretching it out. So I ask her can she take the hanger out from the bottom. And she told me to give her a minute like I was bothering her when I only ask her once. Then when she was taking off the alarms she was handling my merchandise so roughly she made a small hole in my item that I bought. I don't get what her problem was. but I hope you guys can find some better cashiers.

The security followed me and loss prevention was very rude and I spent 900$ in the two day shopping spree I did for Xmas... And still was treated like a criminal and still am treated as such Everytime I go in there since.
