I got the deluxe pedicure, which included massages on my feet and legs and hot towels on my calves and shins. And a massage chair. It was wonderful!

I had a good experience with this salon. I got a full and pedicure, both gel. I love the shape, paint job, and customer service. I would recommend this place and return. $113 before tip

Everyone there is very kind and friendly, but the manicure was terrible. Polish all over my cuticles and under my fingers. It looks like a child painted them. At this stage in the nail game- a bad mani or pedi just shouldn't be an option. I would not go here again, not even out of desperation. I didn't have the heart to ask for my money back, but hours later, I'm still pretty upset about it- save your money.

Mids services, very questionable cleanliness and they lack attention to detail. The cleanliness leaves for something to be desired. Last time I got a pedicure there were nail bits still on the tools. WAY overpriced for such mediocre services.

Was a very nice place. Friendly people. Imade an appointment the day before but when I got there it seemed rushed, the guy was in a real hurry to finish and seemed slightly irritated. But he did good work. I definitely will consider going back. I noticed the two women getting pedicures were being treated very patiently and thoroughly. I did have a terrible gel set that he had to work with and fixed amazing.

I absolutely love this place. I've known Vanessa the owner since 2004, she is the sweetest most kindest lady you'll ever meet. It's rare to find a shop with multiple people who are very good as I'm picky but Sassy checks that box. Charlie, Kim, Jennifer, Mae all wonderful. They care about your experience and are very personable, you won't find this kind of service in many nail salons.

I really wanted to love this place but it was the worst manicure I’ve ever received. The paint job was sloppy and uneven, they rushed me, and after showing the manager, pedicure lady, and manicure lady what I wanted (simple hearts on my nails) they all said it was doable. When the manicurist started doing them, the polish was too dry and I had to ask her 3 times to get a different one. She honestly should have known instead of rushing me. Everyone was rushing me. Then when she drew the hearts, I asked her to redo it because they honestly looked SO awful. Her coworker came over and redid them and they looked better, but they rushed me out because they were closing early (not my fault, I called ahead and asked, and they said they wanted to take me). Everything looked SO awful and smeared. I left a great tip because it was lunar new year, but worst paint job ever. Do not go there, and I will not be returning.

Vanessa is a truly kind and wonderful person! She did an amazing manicure for me and really cleaned the cuticle area. Highly recommend!
