Carjacker's had my car smelling like a skunk and dismantled parts of my rear view mirror as well as scrapped the sides and rims. Thanks to the masters at Service King, my car smells good and is back to the factory standards.

This shop performed an excellent job with my car. The front desk staff member is incredibly professional and friendly. Their service provides you with updates of the status of your car and the workmanship was phenomenal. I would recommend this place to my friends and family.

Worst repair place ever. Took over a month of my car being at this shop and no repairs were done. Johnny Ramirez clearly doesn’t know what he’s doing. If you want to drag the time to get your car repair this is the place.The secretary as well not friendly, speaks with an attitude. They don’t communicate unless you are the one calling. I decided to pick up my car take it elsewhere, they wanted to charge me $400 just to pick up my car they had not worked on, no repairs were made.Service: Body & Trim

Do not bother taking your car to this place They have the worse service ever. It took a month to get my front bumper fix, they didn't even bother to keep me updated through out the repair process. I had to keep calling for updates, they kept giving me different excuses on why my car was taking so long to get fixed. They were very rude every time that I called or sent out an email. I would give them 0 stars if I could.

If I could give this place a 0 I would. Don't ever take your car here to get repaired. They lie and try to take advantage of the situation. They called me stating my vehicle was ready for pickup and when I got there I right away noticed it did not look good. I decided to leave and give them extra time to fix it. I come back 3 days later and they said the previous grill had a manufacturer problem and they had replaced it with an original Honda grill. I decide to take my car and before driving off I realize my check engine light is on. I let them know and all they did was try to connect the computer to clear the issue. This is a SAFETY issue that was ignored and not fixed upon delivery. THEY ALSO CHIPPED MY BACK BUMPER AND WON'T ADMIT TO BEING RESPONSIBLE WHEN I HAVE PROVE (PICTURES) OF MY CAR ON THE TOW TRUCK ON ITS WAY THERE WITH NO PAINT DAMAGE IN THE BACK BUMPER.

I'm here now being strong armed to pay for my vehicle that they went over on the estimate by $1k and service time by 2 extra weeks without communication. I left my CC at home, which is 10 minutes away, and the only time the manager seemed to care was when he might not get a fraction of the balance immediately. No regard for me being without a car for extra time or billing insurance more.To top it off, i had to review all of the numbers with them manually - they didn't even have records that my insurance sent 2 payments - so they tried to collect $2500 from me then it was just $250 after I did the math for them.This is just bad customer service, won't ever be coming back.You can do better.

Don't do business here. Had a minor body issue with my van that went $1k over estimate and 2 weeks over time with no communication. My wife had to call daily to get updates and was told "my manager will call you back" every day for over a week with no response. We went without our car for so long without any apology or understanding. To top it off, they did extra work like charging for a tire replacement, alignment (i only had a scratch on a door and drove my car over 200 miles after my body damage), painting a door that wasn't affected at all, and charging us extra for a moulding job that seemed exorbitant. Finally when I went to pick up today, they told me I had to pay $2500, then $3,000, then finally $250 after I calculated the insurance checks they had to find in their system with my own calculator. I wasn't aware of any charges so told them I'd call with a CC once i got home which is 19m away, but that's the only time the manager even seemed to care - when he wasn't getting immediate payment. Shouldn't have to be a fight to get my own car and not get ripped off. Never again.

When you need to visit a body shop, it means something has happened to your car. Well, while waiting for a green light, the driver behind me was probably texting and thought it was a green light and decides to accelerate and rear-ends me, though she only admits she thought it was a green light. After reporting the incident to my insurance company, they recommended Service King by the Coliseum, which was closest to me. I called and spoke to Dani and arranged a date for me to bring in my car. I was supposedly could have checked on my appointment status on their website, but I was never able to and had to call to confirm my appointment date two days beforehand. Bringing the car on the morning of the appointment, I met Dani, a very pleasant personable receptionist. She checked me in and said that I would get a call after they examine my car to determine if there was any internal damage. The next day, Jose called and said my car was repaired and can be picked up at the end of the day since the damage was just the bumper skin. Since I was busy, I requested a pick up the next day and he said no problem. Picked up the car the next morning, signed the paperwork Dani had for me and Jose drove the car out. The car was washed and bumper was beautifully repaired. Aside from the slight glitch with the appointment status portal, it was a great repair experience. Thanks Dani, Jose and Service King.
