Everyone knows I take my reviews serious. When it comes to customer service nothing is more important! I came here to get an oil change first thing I noticed there was not a lot of customers there just one other customer and four employees. I was not greeted by anyone I stood outside my car for at least 3 minutes before one of the guys came out of hiding from me. I assume they were hiding because they didn’t want to deal with a young black man, I’m 36 but I look 20 fortunately for me lol. Finally dude get to my oil change and I noticed he was taking off the wrong panel to get to oil drain and filter. I kindly pointed to the one he should remove and he immediately got a nasty 🤮 attitude towards me saying “ Don’t tell me how to do my job I know what to do”. I looked in awe at him and said nothing but as he was changing the filter he didn’t coat the rubber seal with new oil so I had to say something about that! That’s when dude went off on me started cursing me out and walked up to me like he wanted to fight me, I stood my ground and told him he better not put his hands on me while he proceeded to point his finger in my face. This dude really went off on me and to top it off his dad said “ I knew I should not have let him do your oil change” and that proves they were hiding not wanting to address me as a customer. Because I’m black? All the bad reviews on google are from black people. Evidence proves they are racist and if you support this place gas station or shop what would that make you?

On yesterday I came into the station asking for air for my flat tire I had been there previous many times before was shocked to find gas station for the cars and the mechanic was very rude why I have no idea previous he seemed to have always been courteous because of my experience this time I will never go back and will not recommend anyone to go there again

Anh Son has been servicing cars in my family for 20 years. He runs a high quality business: responsive, honest, reliable. While some costs, perhaps labor, has gone up over the years, I have peace of mind bringing my car here because things get fixed with no fuss.

Brought my car in for a slow leak in one tire. Chris took the tire off to investigate - nothing in it, no major problems with the valve stem. He tightened the valve stem and suggested that if that didn't fix it I might need a new tire, and didn't even charge! Super helpful and trustworthy.

Don't trust auto mechanics? Come here. I have taken my 10 year old car here for 2 years. Radiator, control arm, 125k service, brakes. Fair prices and honest evaluation. I moved out of the area and still drive the extra to see Son (the owner).

I went in to get air put in my lumpy tires, and a guy asked if he wants me to check for a nail. Yes, please, and thank you! Chris found the nails, took it out and patched up the tire. Basic stuff right? No. The power goes out while he's doing all this and I didn't have enough cash to pay him. I'm asking for zelle or Venmo info, and he's like no. Just pay it forward. Thank you for your help, Chris!

I needed some work done on the Front Brakes. They took the provided parts and did the job FAST. Price was good. Job seems good at this point. The place doesn’t look like much but they are good at fixing.

Son has been our mechanic for years, servicing five different cars of our family. He is terrific, a great mechanic who is incredibly honest and helpful. I would not consider going to another mechanic.

I took my Ford Windstar van to Firestone and was given a $3000 estimate for repairs to the suspension and shocks. I couldn't afford the repairs at the time, but when I could, I took the van here. They charged me half that amount and had the repairs completed the next day. I'll be coming back.
