Changing my review bad experience today went to vacuum my truck machine was not working went to speak to the young guy employee for refund his response was that it was not his responsibility to refund me as he was getting in his car to go through the car wash during his shift was very rude and unhelpful this was so disappointing he needs to be retrained on customer service today this location gets an F for poor service snd washing his car during his shift instead of assisting customers very bad

Don’t stop anywhere on Hegenberger road. My purse was stolen from my car as I was putting air in my tire. They drove up right next to me went into my car. It was morning time around 7am.

The service at the car wash is a terrible service. I just paid $13 to wash my car and I wash it with pure water. The machine doesn't have soap and it seems unfair to me that they abuse the customer. It's theft.!!! and the cashier is rude bad service...!!!

The lady Thanh behind the counter sold me a car wash for $13 didn't mentioned what quality. The machine only sprayed water and the dryer didn't even dry the car...Asked for manager's number pointed at a number out of service. Very rude and poor English.

Fueled up here before getting on the road to Arizona, just to get home to find that I was charge $90.00 for fuel when I only spent $45.00 I Even have a receipt to show the full transaction details. Then when I tried to call the store the number has been changed and other Shell locations near don't have the number since they are independently owned. Thank goodness I kept my receipt. Because if not I'd be SOL!

As others have said this is a smash and grab spot. Do not get gas there. They prey on people returning their rental cars. Yesterday 3 different people were robbed in broad daylight at 1pm. Young thugs with masks pull up on your vehicle, even with my son in the front seat while I was pumping the gas and open your back door to your car and grab your bags. They don't care and the city of Oakland does not pursue these crimes. There is no security guard at this station either. You are taking your life and valuables at risk if you go there. Do not go to any gas station in Oakland for that matter as this has been an epidemic from the people I have spoken with. I was a lucky one, they found my bag an hour later in Jack London Square and I got some personal items back. My computer was stolen and all my photo equipment.

I was robbed- last week, I was returning from work and returning my car to rental shop. Stopped to fill up. As I waited for an open spot, I witnessed a guy steal bags from a van while the driver went in for receipt (?). I didn't know for sure, but it looked shady. I thought, I'll make sure to lock my doors while getting gas. I thought, those guys are gone so I can pump gas. While pumping gas, another two guys pulled up, broke my passenger window and stole my bag. Wallet, computer and a few other things but not my phone. I didn't even hear them or feel them break my Windo since the street is so loud and there are homeless people screaming and yelling nearby. Even if I heard them, what would I do? And they know that! And they also know Oakland police don't come when called! Oakland police said, "We have 100s of calls a day and we're not willing to get into a high speed chase over a purse or computer." Perfect. That's why when you look at the various reviews for the gas stations on Hedegburger (?) off 880, EVERYONE GETS ROBBED HERE. And no one talks about it at the rental car stops or airport. TSA guy at Oakland said the airport tells its employees NOT to buy gas ANYWHERE near the airport. I did learn there are more good people than bad effers. But when you get hit by a bad person, it's not fun. People are getting fed up with police doing nothing and "the bad" getting all the breaks.
