If I could give it zero stars, I would. Water and air are free when you purchase gas. The young employee lied and said the air didn’t work. I had a flat tire, so I was looking for another gas station to go to. A guy pulled up, talked to them, and they turned the air on for him. He did not purchase gas, but he said they said, “No problem,” and turned it on. Now, I don’t want to make it racial, but I wouldn’t rule it out. The owner is an older Asian man; he’s cool, and we have had conversations, but the other employees aren’t very pleasant.

If I desperately needed gas, this is the last station I’m stopping at, regardless of distance. Always dumb inconveniences where I leave with the same amount of gas as I came with. Just sell this place already.

Even though this is purported to be literally the world's most dangerous gas station, I walked there at 10pm (from the lovely 'casual' Oakland Airport Executive Hotel) to purchase a sandwich and a soda, and here I am, typing away in the best of health.

This place is great! The staff are very friendly, and really carefree. This place is also a good source for nice cars, plus a lot of people leave their backpacks hanging around, just gotta go through a window to get to them. Lots of good stuff to be found here!

On Monday February 26th 7:50am we were robbed and they broke the back door side drivers door window and stole my purse. The 3 women at the cashier in side said they couldn.t do anything. i Called the police and they said they could not come out to station and they said report online!!!!! I looked up the station and found this site with over 30 people being robbed at this station. DO NOT GO TO ANY GAS STATIONS AROUND THE OAKLAND AIRPORT!! AIRPORT SUPERVISOR SAID ALL EMPLOYEES THAT WORK AT THE AIRPORT ARE TOLD NOT TO GO TO ANY GAS STATIONS AROUND THE OAKLAND AIRPORT!!!!!!

On 11/25/23 at noon in broad daylight a woman was robbed here at Shell. They broke her window with her inside the car and stole her purse, then they went across the street to 76 and robbed me (stole my diaper bag). Don't get gas here and don't go to Oakland or through this airport.
