I am truck driver and came to deliver the load here. The staff is very rude and ridiculous. First they denied to unload me and wants me to unload myself, then I called my broker and they started unload me. After unload they were not signing the POD. They wasted my whole day and time. Martin rodriguez and Brent higgins were so rude. The store manager Hannah who was just so rude, ridiculous and giving awful customer service. This was FCFS delivery and I was arrived at 10am and now it’s 3:45pm and I am still waiting to get the POD. Wasted whole day and had appointment for the next load at 2:30. Rude and ridiculous service.

I swung by this store, today, a couple minutes after 12:00pm, their closing time. When Alex saw me, practically in tears, and needing only 1 gallon of exterior home paint, he graciously agreed to reopen and provided me the best customer service ever. I know this store almost exclusively serves contractors, and trade folks, so Alex going out of his way for a $50 sale from one lone homeowner, well that went WAY above and beyond. Thank you, thank you, thank you Alex! Sherwin Williams is now the ONLY place I'll ever go for paint.

They gave us great customer service and carried products that other Sherwin locations didn't have. The staff was accommodating and made sure we had everything we needed for our project. Super big thanks to the team!
