I go to this car wash often. I had some extra tokens left from my last visit which I tried to use, but the one token-taking machine remaining kept spitting them out. So I tried to use my credit card, but that function was broken. So, I used what little cash I had to buy more tokens...and only 6 of the 10 would work. Not cool.

I was charged $25 instead of $7 !!! I did the usual $5 initialization, then pressed the button twice for another $1+$1. After these 2 extra minutes the machine stopped. After two days I saw a finalized $25 charge !!!

This place is trash 🗑. All the workers are Hella rude, the card machines don't work half the time and if they do work you get charged $5 when it clearly says 3 dollar charge. Never coming here ever again. I'll stick to the Gold Coin Car Wash on 27th St or 40th St.

Very frustrating experience where I was charged $25 for 8 minutes.
I was charged, got 2 minutes. Pressed the button to extend and it wouldn't extend. I was standing there for almost a minute and it would not work. Finally ran out. A guy came over to help me and it finally started working again and suddenly the screen said 6 minutes (new from the two minutes). I thought he was an employee but perhaps not? Either way, I washed my car in the 6 minutes as fast as I could and then left.
My credit card statement showed $5 pending, but then when the charge finally went through it was for $25.
I also had to wait about 12 minutes for the people in front of me to wash, which was fine, but for a 20 minute car wash and $25 I could have had some other people do the washing and/or have the washing job be much better. It's hard to do a great job in only 8 minutes with the soap rinse, soap brush, and finally rinse.
The credit card machine on my Bay not working was so frustrating and being charged so much for a quick self service wash was not it.

One bay is incorrectly labeled as accepting credit cards. It does not. Who carries cash these days? Certainly nobody getting their car washed while I was there.

I was very impressed with yhis car wash the owner was there when I came in ...he spoke to me while I was waiting for my turn ...we talked about motorcycles he was way cool. Great power wash easy in and easy out. I will definitely be back.

Functional but run down and purchases through the app subscription in EverWash are unreliable to start and cut my time shorter than the advertised 11 minutes. Tested more and both the 11 and 7 minute per day subscriptions appear to give only 5 1/2 minutes
