1/12/2024 Friday at 12:39pm, they saw and completely ignored me at the mobile order window. When I walked in they said, oh sorry we aren't using the mobile window. When I see them use it all the time. Never coming here again.

Employees don’t let paying costumer use the restroom they told me it is only for employees. First time seeing a Starbucks location doing that. Rude employees would not come back here.

Oakland Baristas at it again. This place actually told me to go to Peet's around the block. All I did was ask to use the restroom. They are evidently protesting from within, their own employees telling people to leave. It's a new California law if a person with a disability asks to use the restroom however its just decency if that person looks like their going to piss themselves. Could have just stated the policy and assisted in another way Such entitled customer service especially telling a customer to go a.competitor just because they asked to use the restroom that most stores have open. How is such a progressive area so discriminatory.

Can’t go wrong with Starbucks, no matter which one I’m always satisfied ????!!! But make sure you don’t Leave Anything VALUABLE or VISIBLE in your car…. Just Leave Your Windows Down, can’t Break a Window That’s already Open!!!!

4 stars for location and hard working staff. -2 stars for removing all the chairs. If you want us to treat your coffee shop like a drive through then make it a drive through. Don't make me stand to drink my coffee. I'm taking my business around the corner to Peet's who has invested in chairs and couches to make it feel like an actual coffee shop where I can enjoy a conversation with a friend. (BTW I'm a long time Starbucks fan, just not this one)

Today i order from home was supposed to pick up my tea 8:48am went there was standing there until after 9am before the cashier went to fix my tea and this is the second time they dissapoint you and all she could ask is do you want a refund? Sad part i miss my eye doctor appointment and couldn't get another appointment till next month.

I’ve been going there for a while now and the service is good, but they tend to open an hour late. They’re supposed to be open at 5am but they tend to be open closer to 6am.
