Excellent Storage business. I have had a storage locker with Storage Mart for a few years now. Their location is very clean, organized and secure. The front desk staff at Mandela Parkway in Oakland are very knowledgeable, helpful and professional. StorageMart is lucky that they hired these folks because they really do provide outstanding customer service!!! I recommend StorageMart to EVERYONE!!!

the staff here are great! They’re very helpful in the process of checking into a unit, and checking out. They also are good on filing any insurance related claims.I think the rates are too high and the hours are too short. That’s the company’s fault, not the staff. The hours need to be longer because most people don’t have enough time in their day. The rates are also ridiculous especially because the hours are so short

I had a very good experience with Storage Mart at Mandela Pkwy.I needed to enlarge my storage space, needing to bring a bunch of stuff from my office from which I'm retiring. Nate walked me through the experience of moving my stuff from one floor to another. I really enjoyed working with Nate who is very personable and goes out of his way to help you. Highly recommended.

Rochelle was a helpful resource since day one of touring this location’s StorageMart. She showed me how to operate the elevator, find the best deals for my unit, and showed me where to input my code to load/unload my belongings from the parking lot to the inside of the building. This StorageMart on Mandela is clean and new. I’d highly recommend!
