Everything was great, service was fine, never had a problem for 6 months before they hit us with a surprise rate increase of 73%. No warning, no heads up, just pulled an extra $73 ontop of the $100 we paid for a room with some stuff in it.

I am extremely appreciative of Cherry, she has been my savior since I’ve moved my things into the storage facility. Definitely a location I would recommend to anyone looking to store things. All of the staff a helpful just let them know you heard about Cherry being a intricate part of the company.

Only open until 5 or 5:30, or occasionally 6, depending on who is working. They lock the side access door very early most of the time. I asked about it and was told they have to do a security walk between 5:30 - 6. Only I've shown up at just a few minutes past 5 and had the same issue, so I'm more inclined to believe it's just employees doing whatever they want at the customers expense.
When I pointed this out and asked for an explanation, the customer service included plenty of negative attitude and hanging up on me on the phone. Other employees there had been super friendly and helpful before though, so it's really just Vegas luck.
If you're ok with inconsistent service and hours, give it a shot. I left though since I already have enough to deal with in life without paying somebody else monthly to add more stress to it.

Charged a transfer fee, to move to a smaller unit. Foh. For what? Yall wasn't moving my stuff. Already high for a small unit. Blessing in disguise, I found better, cheaper, with more insurance.

Great customer service.
Average prices.
Poor business practices.
They hire great people here so I've always been satisfied with the customer service, but the business practices are poor.
After the promotional pricing ends, the prices aren't at all attractive for long term use.
I'm contrast to the features provided, it's not a great value. No recognition or incentives to keep doing business here for long term customers either-- you just pay more & more with each price increase.
Their features aren't competitive (e.g. no package delivery), the hours are sporadic (I've submitted 2 edits that haven't been approved), & it's dirty; layers of dust & dirt build up on every visit. I highly recommend bringing gloves & your own hand sanitizer as the bathrooms aren't public. Store everything in boxes⚠️.
Overall it's massively inconvenient for the cost, especially since there are penalties for using the trash receptacles on site.
If I knew what the real experience was like, I would not have done business here; It's a mediocre short-term option in the end. Reviews feel inflated by less experienced customers.
