Rosemary and Percy run an outstanding business here. They are warm, inviting, and extremely professional. I hired them to frame a jersey of mine, and I am so happy with the results. I highly recommend them if you need something framed. You won't be disappointed!

They did an absolutely wonderful job framing our collection of multi-generation wedding photos!! My wife and I, my Parents, as well as my Grandparents.Perfect workmanship and extremely courteous and professional service!! We will be bringing many more photos and artworks to them for framing. In addition, the owner repaired 2 of our old Frames with oil painting artwork and did not charge us!!Definitely 5 Stars review!!

Percy and Rose are both so good to work with. Percy really went out of his way to conquer with perfection a difficult framing job I'd brought him... and, they turned it around in less than a week when I'd been given a 2+ week estimate. Highly recommend!

I’ve had framing done here in the past and it was really good. The store owners are super friendly and easy to work with. Unfortunately they don’t keep the hours shown as their store hours. I’ve definitely waiting 20 minutes or more for them to open and they never show up or answer the phone.

I have never had a picture professionally framed before. The owners are very friendly and helpful. They offered suggestions and options for the frame and border which aligned perfectly with what I was looking for. They told me it would be ready in 7-10 days. It was ready sooner. I am very pleased with the final work and offer many thanks to The Great Frame Up.

Percy and Rose are true artists and are also the cutest and funniest couple! I have enjoyed every experience with them and they have done some beautiful work for me always while making me laugh! In these pictures you can see the beautiful shadow box they created for me. They helped me select the frame and even though I had an idea of what was coming, I was in awe when I saw the finished work. It is nothing short of beautiful and gives me joy everyday.

I had an excellent experience with the Great Frame Up on Telegraph in Oakland (Temescal). Grace was very helpful is selecting a matt and frame that made my watercolor look great. The craftsmanship of the frame (custom made) was lovely. It was work the expense!Would recommend this to anyone wanting a quality job for their framing needs.
