I got waxed by them twice . First time it was fine- second time they burned my face with the wax !! Nails looked good they should be very careful with the waxing burning a clients face is real . I didn’t notice it until I left the establishment and the burn started to hurt.

They are a huge hit or miss and some techs are good but some are bad. They don’t care about every client only the one who tips a lot. I came with my mom for a scheduled appointment and they totally dismissed us and made us wait super long although we had an appointment! Of course people who are their regulars they are super head and feet for them literally. It was our first time here and we won’t be back.

Came back to this place after wanting to find something closer to where I lived but I moved and am happy to be back in the area.
Looked for a nail shop that could do non basic nail art and was very pleased with the photos I saw. I came in with an inspo photo and another photo I saw in their google reviews and left very pleased. I made an appointment the morning of with Megan. She asked me many questions along the way to make sure I was satisfied with the shape, the color, the placement of the design.
The shop is spacious, clean, well decorated, all the staff are attentive, and patient. Clean bathroom and nice waiting area.
I went back to get my gel extentions taken off and there is no damage to my nail! The young man that took off my extensions checked in with me many times to make sure I was comfortable which I appreciated.
Definitly will be coming back!

Disappointing polish quality. It chipped on day one, I went back to get it fixed but it didn’t completely fix the issue, and then another nail chipped the next day. When I do my own nails at home they last longer. I’m just disappointed that I spent money on this just to have it look bad after one day and they didn’t even last to the date of my event.
The ladies did a god job of being friendly, the pedicure was great, I appreciated the people doing the work. I just don’t think the normal polish quality is any good.

Pedicure was fine, nothing special. Manicure service was ok, but person doing my polish was rushing and not paying attention to air bubbles or bumpiness. Polish turned out bumpy with air bubbles and did not lay well. Gel manicure started chipping after 3 days and looks horrible by the 4th day. People were nice enough. Will not be coming back.

Service is great, the people are amazing and the attention to detail and quality work is top tier! Not to mention the interior is amazing + the music all leads to a relaxing and pampered experience. I wish I took more photos of all my manicures bc they do such a good job and I continue to get compliments! They take so much pride in their work that leads to me finally being proud of my nails!!
