“Very good service. Doug the owner gave me options for replacing some damaged tires and other folks were very customer-centered. I had trouble with tire pressure sensors on my Prius after installation and they had me come in for a second visit to check it out. An under inflated tire (not one of the ones they installed) seemed to be the cause, but the tech also let me know the sensors were all getting old. I felt they were up front and very knowledgeable.”

“I was in immediate need of service to my car, and couldn't drive it back to San Francisco where I live as the car was overheating. I work up the street from the business and found them when I searched for nearby auto repair shops. Their reviews were great, so I called them and was told that I could drop my car off after getting out of work. They kept my car safe for the night and had it ready for me the next day. They easily diagnosed my problem and fixed it without delay. Needless to say, I was very grateful and relieved. Customer service here was friendly and I felt that my car was in good hands. I highly recommend them.”

“Amazing service and super fast!. Seriously, I had all 4 tires done same day in about 20 minutes. Premium tires very reasonable prices (michelin pilot sport all season). Tires were also manufactured about a month ago (so they weren't in a warehouse for a year) . I'm tired of waiting weeks for a big box store appointment, then waiting hours for installation. They offer free rotation and tire repair. Can't recommend highly enough!”
“Came here two times now and both were great experiences. Very communicative with the work they’re performing. Second time I came, I was trying to replace brakes and rotors on this used car I just bought. Brakes were making noises and I just wanted to replace them just in case. They inspected it and told me they’re still new and had 80% life left. Could have taken my money and replaced them anyway but they were honest and told me to wait. Saved me money and I can’t complain. I will be back.”

“Southern Tire Mart was immediately responsive and incredible with helping me today. Our bobtail truck got a flat tire in San Mateo. The first company I called didn't do mobile repair, the second local company told me it could - but then game me the run around after 2 hours and couldn't. Southern Tire Mart was referred to me from another local company - what a blessing. Dennis and Jeff were very kind and jumped through hoops to help me - as our crew had been "waiting" for mobile tire repair help for 3 hours. Their technician arrived when Jeff said he would and replaced the tire within 45 minutes. Very grateful and wish I had found them first! I will keep their number and call them anytime this happens again. Thank you!”
