“Yesterday evening Los Cuates Towing was the first number I called, no one picked up. But my call was returned within a minute. Francisco was professional and so was the gentleman (I did not get his name) that showed up with the tow truck to get my car out of where I got stuck (grass area). A big plus he arrived within the time given and once my car was in the clear he even offered to park my car to make it easy for me to drive off so I would not get stuck once again.Thank you again!”

“Unfortunately had to deal with a un-driveable personal vehicle that needed towing and my experience with S&F was really great! The tow truck driver, Angel, was there very quickly and worked efficiently. Angel was kind, confident, and very good at his job and I would choose him again if ever given the chance. “The team at East Bay Auto Repair is truly terrific. I already knew they were a good shop when they refused to do a tire rotation and alignment on my car a year ago, instead sending me to a tire shop down the street for new tires. I appreciated their integrity then, and vowed to go back.
When I did go in recently, they gave me a fair price on repair work on my car, and even adjusted their fee for evaluating the car to help keep the overall price manageable. They revised their estimate down when they were able to find used parts for less than expected, and when I had a minor issue that needed adjusting after I’d picked the car up, they took care of it quickly and thoroughly.
Overall they were thoughtful, easy to work with, and did the work in a timely manner, with (holy cow this is never true) great communication about what I could expect and when to pick up the car. I would recommend them highly to anyone looking for a shop, and will definitely go back when I need work done in future.”

“Today I had a Karen try to tow my vehicle despite being on a sidewalk, having a dead battery and no prior notice to move my vehicle. The drive arrived and saw the escalated situation and did his best to help everyone. He spoke to the lady and helped me jump my vehicle to move it to another location. The driver didn’t need to help jump my vehicle or help defuse the situation but they did despite being called to show up a waste their time with us. Amazing group of guys. Wish I got their names.”

He also gave me a few questions to ask just to be safe. That kind of reassurance, from hundreds of miles away, was priceless.
