There’s this so called mgr who was rude to a few customers before me as why does petco have horrible customer. He needs a personality . Upsetting to get a horrible customer service. I wanted and even exchange for spoiled treats that I just purchased as I did have the receipt He wanted me to pay 20 more for the even exchange!! How does that make any sense when they sell the product as he saw it was spoiled And said it’s not my fault what do you want ! I admit I did get upset as he was a horrible no personality like he cared less when I said said I will report you as I did call customer to make a report

I needed to return a “ Pet Corrector “ that during the times it worked wss effective . But it stopped working far too soon. I was prepared with an argument why an exchange was justified but no need . The clerk was fine with it and agreed to the needed exchange Tx

Customer service is poor. They always seem like they have to go out of their way to help you, that is, if you can find someone that works there. Their supplies of dog food they carry is limited as the store is small. If you are looking for larger bags, don't bother coming here.

Visited today for the first time and had a splendid experience! I was greeted kindly upon entering the store and gently offered assistance. I had a couple questions and the employee offered an extra step to help me remedy a blunder I’d made with an online/pick-up in store order. They had me checked out and on my way quickly and exuded friendly professionalism and knowledge. Highly recommend this location - I will absolutely be back specifically for this level of magical experience!

Small store, great service though and self wash available. Plan at least 30 mins ahead to wash your dog of large size

Unleashed always has the better harnesses and outfits for pets , love coming here when it’s something quick , or something a little more prettier/cooler than the other pet stores

Service and merchandise is great in store. My beef is that the prices on some items are heavily discounted online and the same prices aren't available in stores.
