Ordered and paid for next day air. Package was not delivered by the next day. Said they were going to mail me a refund in the form of a check and email me.Sounds wrong and suspicious since I paid with a credit card. Going to ask my credit card company to decline the charge. Not reliable at all. Go to USPS - the postal service actually gets packages delivered on time and it’s cheaper.

Btw, this the first review I ever wrote, and let me tell you, this is an awful place. A week ago I attempted to mail an envelope to the Bureau of Insurance to LA, CA. Today I received a call, the guy informed me that my envelope has returned because there was a typo: South Tower was mistyped as Soth Tower on the label, but the rest of the address was correct. They offered me to come and pay extra money to mail it again. The person who made this typo was a lady who accepted my envelope a week ago. I thought of going to this UPS Store and creating a scene, but thought, if they are so dishonest, I can not trust them. So, I will go to USPS instead tomorrow. I just reprinted all documents. My piece of advice: do not trust these scoundrels, they did not even offer to fix this, to correct the label and to send to the proper address, they just wanted my money, to double charge me for the envelope. And I am sitting here waiting for my legal docs to be received by bureau of insurance. Swindlers and scoundrels. Awful place, avoid!!!!

I've had a great experience using this UPS store as my Mailbox, The Employees provide good service. Service is prompt, professional and often friendly. Sometimes there is a short wait when other customers are being assisted. Good service! Thanks UPS and UPS stars! :) Onward and Upwards!

I just got back from your store and I'm, frankly, appalled.Firstly, your store is DIRTY. Dust on a lot of surfaces, dirty windows, and worst of all there's a SWARM OF FLIES in front of the far counter. The buzzing of flies is absolutely not part of the ambience anyone should expect when entering ANY business.Secondly, your staff's customer service is atrocious. I understand that, for them, it's just a job. That's fine; but part of any position when dealing with the public is customer service. The fact that I needed to put a $20 hold on my card to print out a PRE-MADE LABEL is disgusting, greedy, and the fact that nobody was willing to just scan the virtual label and print it, which I'm very aware they can do, is anti-consumer.The young woman who came out to scan my package barely spoke in words. When I asked if everything was good with my package after printing the label, the shortest possible 'yuh' was all the affirmation I received. Luckily I got a receipt.Seriously, clean your store. I felt unwelcome going into the store, and I can't possibly imagine that those folks out there in more dire circumstances than I would have any feelings of gratitude towards your staff should they come in.Absolutely terrible customer service; I only went to your store because the label was already pre-made. I will, in the future, insist anyone I do business with to ship via USPS or even FedEX, where they don't charge to print out a premade label.

Wanted to provide and update for customers of this location. I frequent this location as does my girlfriend. We had been dropping off both UPS and USPS packages here for more than a year. No issues until recently they started saying that they wouldn’t accept USPS packages that don’t fit through the little mail slot. Not a big deal Except they had been taking my USPS packages for over a year. So, I asked if this was a new policy. I was told It was Not.I contacted UPS to better understand what the policy was. They let me know that UPS Stores are Franchises and essentially each location can do what they want.So- in the event that you are looking to drop off USPS Packages here - Know that this specific location is NOT Accepting them.I do appreciate the quick response time from UPS. Would have been great if the employee would have just explained that to me. Guess she really showed me *Shrug*

exceptional customer service: the team keeps it real and keeps things moving at this busy location. Extremely knowledgeable about international shipping & notarization. The only con is there's no a lot of parking nearby.
