Liars. I came in today to send a 16lb box to Illinois. Was quoted $198.00. I said try again, he said $111.00. I said I'd go to the post office and so he pulled up a screen and showed it to me, the screen said the post office would charge $141.00. I left and went to the post office. It shipped there for $44.00. Lying Liars.

Based on my recent experience on my recent experience at The UPS Store #1821 Workers were unprofessional, nonchalant and messed up my order on the labels I provided (which are expensive) due to his own printing error. I would assume some sort of discount would be offered for the inconvenience but I was mistaken. There are too many other options to recommend and or return for my printing needs. They also charge $3 to email the documents to print which is not clearly mentioned or stated anywhere other than your bill after the service.

Disorganized and unable to provide basic printing services. No hole punch. No WiFi to email files from a computer. No way to print confidential files without exposing them to the staff for perpetuity because of the way their printing services work. Staff seems confused.

Scheduled a passport photo this morning from the store's online scheduling page. I received a confirmation # for my appointment. Then I made a few arrangements at work to leave early to arrive at store on time. but I arrived I was told no one was available to take the photo. I mentioned to the clerk, I had an appointment, she said she could not help that, no one was available. I asked her how is it possible that I could schedule an appointment, arrive on time, and find no one there to help, she said she was sorry. Never again.

Called ahead of time to make sure they do passport photos, as they advertise. The girl on the phone confirmed they do, but I had to get there in the next 45 minutes, since the guy who does them is leaving. I hauled over there immediately. The girl on the phone was the same one who took my photo. Got me my photos (shadowed, uneven lighting and not a blank background, but I figured they knew what they were doing).
The US passport agency just returned my application because the photos were unusable (wrong size, unclear picture). I went somewhere else today.
