It is plain to see that the management needs an immediate evaluation to allow window service to be by the most unprofessional behavior. As tax dollars are expedited, management has the authority to direct this disposition.

My experience with USPS IS terrible I went in to report missing mail the supervisor really bad like it's my fault in the photos you can see where I was supposed to receive mail and where it's saying it was delivered I received 1 mail peace which was advertising I went and put my mail on hold which was never put on hold

No mail box or drop off slots anywhere outside of the building! So don’t come outside Business hours.

Worst USPS ever! This place is Dirty and there’s no pens or tapes to seal the package. Employees here are lazy as f. Worst of all time. I will never come to this place again.

The worst customer service you will get. If you ask for a request, they will always refuse to help. They are super lazy. If you mailed in something less than 30 minutes ago and want to get it back. They will make lies that the mail/package is already gone out without attempting to help. They will at you with very disrespectful attitude. The employee at the front counter was shouting about an elderly couple struggled to fill out the forms. (it must been their first time) They were there for a long time, no staff member at site that can help them. The staff member should had use google translation, so everything could be quickly resolved. All the people at the line were looking at that employee shouting at the elderly couple, like those elderly couldn’t understand this employee. I am sure they can understood that this employee were talking about them. The atmosphere always being filled with negativity. We don’t need employees with such attitude.

I love my people but fam we got to do better. Customer service or basic positive attitude goes along way. I get it, short funding, little to no recognition, and or problem solving.
I’m hoping the new mayor can do some type of uplifting to address many folks concern. It’s not like I’m making this up, everyone who comes in here for a answer only leaves frustrated or more confused.

Stealing mail. Poking a half dollar size hole in box, I guess if they like what they feel inside or see then they steal contents and deliver empty box.

All the time when I sent something document they do not delivered to me they said its delivered in the box when I go to check they do not have nothing in the mail box its horrible service and people very rode i give him zero star

Worst employees and service Ive ever seen at any post office. The trucks and building are a disgrace! Shameful and utterly disgusting. Please fire all of the employees and clean this place up now!

They don't care if you have a passport appt or not, they will just tell u they don't do it today, and you need to go fix yourself. Somebody has to manage this, this is too ridiculous.
