They need to add a no Star option. Walk ins for passports on Saturday is supposed to be from 11:30 AM to 1:30PM. At 12:30 I reach the front of line, then the lady is finished with the people in front of me. 12:45 AM, It’s my turn to go up now, but I can’t because she need to go on her break. I wouldn’t mind waiting, but noo she needs to have her break and wouldn’t accept any more people after her break. IT WAS 12:45!!! She still had plenty of time even after her break.How stupid is the manager here to put someone who’s break is in between the most busy time of day. Never do walk ins here or at least make sure youre at least 4th in line

Websitr didnt work to make an appointment, lady was rude and refused to help, met another person who tried 14 times to get an appointment for her passport photo. Horribly inefficient system that takes an internet connection and many many hours to get through

I made an appointment to apply for a passport on February 9, but when I arrived, there was only one person working at the office. He said that the passport application clerk was not available and could not handle the application, so all appointments were cancelled. I said that we should notify you in advance by email or text message.

Absolutely the worst experience ever, I don’t write reviews often but this one has really caused me trouble and time. For the past 3 weeks I have been trying to get a passport here, and each time there would be a different problem. First, they said there was too many people in line so they aren’t going to do my passport. Second, they said they have no internet connection, I’m a reasonable man and that’s more or less frustrating that didn’t cause me enough to write a review yet. Third, we were half way through our process and the lady there said she was going on break and no one was taking over and telling us to wait half and hour standing around this place. It was horrid and may you say that I am just unlucky, but this is truly unacceptable as it takes me a while to transport to this place and back home, and every time they cause this amount of trouble which is truly absurd.

Worst post office with horrible customer service. Lost my passport and rudely telling my they can’t do anything about it. The lady I spoke to , I think her name was Anionette has the worst customer service instead of listening she is defensive and hangs up on you.

I was on the phone with my partner while he was attempting to change his addresss since his online attempts aren't working (he had me on hold while he talked to the clerk). The clerk was so rude and short with him and told him she couldnt help him with that and to do it online. He advised that he has tried a few times and gets advised that it wasn;t processed although the system has charged his card for the request. She didn't respond and called for the next customer. He walked out and left and now he is left with his mail going to an address he no longer lives at and no direction on his next steps. We'll figure it out but it sucks since this is the location closest to his job. Rude and unprofessional.

Too confusing I was just looking for information about my mail not being delivered by my carrier because they lost the building's key not our fault it seems to be happening all the time mail carriers different ones not returning key to box and leaving with it costing us money no good for a business that we depend on

Avoid at all cost.Do not come here to renew passport. Made an appointment, took off work and brought my baby to get his passport. Arrived there and they said that there was no one there to help me and sent me on my way. WTH???If you make a appointment for this post office, do not let them send you to another post office, saying they’ll help you. Was given the run around and no other post office would take us without an appointment
