Review about fingerprinting here. Will recommend anyone in the Bay Area to go here!!!
The person who took care of me was very nice and really helpful. He knows his job, they are doing the fingerprinting in a separate room, they have a small fan to help with sweaty fingers and the person helped me position my fingers on the machine. It worked perfectly!
I went to this place after a very bad experience with the one in San Francisco where I was basically told that my fingerprints were not good enough. But guess what when the person in charge knows their job, it’s working!

Went for a passport renewell and they helped me on the spot no appointment asked helped me with picture money order and aplication spent less then 20min and i was on my way thanks usps and helpfull staff 100%.

The gentleman who helped with fingerprinting service is very polite, kind and experienced. My fingerprint didn’t work at the Noe Valley SF location, but it worked with the proper instruction from him. Thank you so much! (Should have asked for his name)

Hi, I had a very bad experience at this place, they have a very poor customer service, some of the employees hide their batch for some reason and we as a customers can do much about it. I was there to get my passport and they typed the name incorrect. I was about to travel in two weeks. That's too bad!

As a nearly daily visitor of this post office, I have to say these folks are amazing! All of the staff is super nice, happy to walk you through whatever you need. The lines move quickly enough, and it’s usually pretty well staffed. One of the better post offices I’ve been to!

I was anxiously awaiting a pkg. Watched usps fill up the mailboxes and got the delivered notification right after. No pkg in my box or around. Tried contacting this office for support, the 510 number was not working. I guess I’ll wait around for the next time I see the usps worker to find out what happened to my pkg. I had to request an investigation.

Came here for the fingerprinting service after being told by USPS Noe Valley location that their machine was broken. The man who helped me was knowledgeable and got me in and out in 5 mins.
