Came in little early to check in and manger told us to park and wait but the usps police lady was very disrespectful and yelling and telling us to go and come back when is time and when is time to get loaded than it take them 3 hrs to load 4 pallets , be prepared to wait .

I've been able to accomplish everything I've wanted every time I've stopped inside. The staff is very friendly, just talk to them! They got a lot to handle and they're rockin it. Passport photos, mailing passport documents, shipping packages, stamps, all the good stuff. USPS IS GOD TIER

I am so disappointed in the customer service of this place. I understand that their job is really difficult, especially right now, but there is really no excuse for the manager to have absolutely horrible customer service to us. I called their office and the manager would not let me speak, cut me off on the phone, basically hung up on me and would not let me explain what's going on. She raised her voice plenty of times to me and I got off the phone about to cry. I approached the conversation just looking for some answers, not yelling or blaming, just wanted to speak with somebody to get some issues resolved. Some days they just drive pass our place and do not even try to ring the doorbell to see if we are open to deliver packages. Sorry but this tops probably the worst customer experience I have ever had in my life :/

Staff is super friendly here. Had my fingerprint done and they were really patient and helpful. They said results in 48 hours and I got mine back in 30 minutes from the FBI. Thank you Katherine!

This review is for the superb fingerprinting service that was provided by Murphy. As someone with dexterity issues, I always have difficulties with completing the live-scanning process. I feel bad for the professionals who help me with this process since they always have a tough time in getting my fingers to scan correctly. This time was no exception, and the woman who worked with me initially was so reluctant about completing the process that she referred me to Murphy, who she mentioned was more experienced than she is instead. It was a relief for me to work with him since he was very reassuring that I wasn't alone with having this problem, and that his past clients never had to return to repeat the service. Although he had to sacrifice his time in helping me when he had other things to do, he got it done like a boss in a very short span of time. As soon as I got out of USPS, I also got the satisfactory result from the FBI self identification history check, which was dependent on the verification of the fingerprint images. Thanks for your help, Murphy!
