Two times in a row that passport agent canceled my appointments less than one hour before the appointment. Do employees here think it’s easy to ask one hour off from work and come here and find out you have to postpone your appointment again for another week? At least have two people do passport stuff on this site. Very frustrating and annoying, people have urgent passport needs!

This location is just terrible. I don’t think it’s the employees’ fault -they used to have some really mean, rude people working there but the last few times it’s been nice folks who are just clearly understaffed.Lines are always long and slow moving. This morning they still weren’t open ten minutes after they were supposed to be (8:30am), with a long line in the lobby. You could hear the employees rustling around in the back but there wasn’t a word from them saying they’d be open in a minute or anything. I finally left bc I had an appointment and even if they finally opened they’d take forever to get through the line. I hate that this is the neighborhood post office.

This place is a joke for passports. The agent forgot to sign my application costing me 6 weeks. Now the appointment I had made to rectify the issue has been cancelled. I’m gonna have to pay 35$ again and go somewhere else where they are competent.

Horrible as hell went there about a hour ago for some pazole not only did the guy say I had no money on the card cuz it declined cuz I transferred the amount he said but he inputted a diff amount but the pazole taste like tomato juice no seasoning lemons dry af u giving international blvd a bad name! Never going back!

I've had multiple unfortunate experiences with this location. I scheduled an appoinment online for a Monday at 4:45pm and took the time off work, just get get there for the clerk to tell me their last appointments for passports are at 3pm- and also that the passport clerk was out sick anyway-then why do you have booking options after 3pm available online?? Why didn't anyone call me to tell me the clerk was out sick etc? I come back in Friday with no appointment wanting to see if I could do a quick walk in, I was happy to wait as needed and I had all my paperwork ready to go and just needed to pay.The gentleman who processes passports seemed discombobulated at the thought of helping me without an appointment and I explained what happened at my last appointment and was hoping he could squeeze me in out of customer courtesy for their online error. He had the audacity and unprofessionalism to call me a LIAR- in front of many other customers and absolutely humilated me. I clearly was offended, and had to step away. I am appalled that a working employee would personally disrespect a customer and make such disrespectful personal accuasations in front of others. The level of disorganization, lack of communication and unprofessionalism of this place is rediculous. I am never ever coming here again. Your system is completely unworkable and I'm disappointed that I had to endure the level of direspect as a result of this locations online scheduling and communication issues. I have a tip- go online and change your hours to the accurate passport appointment hours so people dont waste their time and take time off of work, its disrespectful of your customers valuable time. Also, train your employees on how to respectfully and properly handel customers so they are not left feeling humiliated.

They are pretty understaffed it seems as they have canceled my last 2 attempts to renew my children’s passport. Unfortunately, they have canceled both instances around 1-2 hrs before the appointment and then it takes 1 month to get another one. Recommend trying somewhere else …

After booking an appointment for my passport, they called less than an hour before to cancel it and completely got rid of it on the appointment website. I was never sent an email that it was canceled.

The lines are always a little bit long, but the center is always stocked with all the supplies I need. The employees are cool. I don't know why people are saying they are rude. The customers are usually giving them a hard time and they try really hard not to be rude back. Service jobs are tough. Parking sucks, though. I agree with that statement.

They NEVER answer their phones! I had my business cards returned to the post office because of a insufficient address but when I called the customer service line they said there was nothing wrong with my address & I've been on hold for over 2 hours . RIDICULOUS!

There was only one person upfront today, and she did an amazing job multitasking and serving customers quickly and with great courtesy. I think her name is Day. Really great service!

There is a line of 4 customers infront of me but it took me less than 10 mins to be served. The lady staff is very efficient and helpful. Which makes the line moved smoothly and quickly. All the customers are courteous towards her too which tells me that they are regulars. For one customer who was there to mail a few packages, she told him that one of them is for UPS and he’s grateful to her to alerting him.I’m so grateful that the staff treats me kindly and professionally and, most of all, she’s patient with me, not a hint of frustration even when I didn’t know how to fold the Priority Box.It’s not easy working in the public service when we are rushing about our business and expect to receive service with a smile. I can’t ask for anything more than what I received today.
