Wow! I have never been treated so poorly before. The person was behind the counter said he was closed after I waited 30
Minutes in line. He also coul t give a time when he would re- open. It was 2:00? So the 10 people waiting in line had no idea what to do! The man behind the counter just said someone will be here soon and when we asked how soon he said he did not know. I went around the corner and paid an extra $5.00 to send my package at the mailbox location on fruitvale ! The lady that works there is super helpful! And treats you like a human being .

I like this usps. Lines seem shorter and staff is friendly. No parking, which is probably why it’s less busy!

Very reliable and friendly post office, line moves quickly in the am and pm, a little slower around noon. Good selection of boxes and packing supplies.

I love my neighborhood post office. The clerks have always been helpful to me, and efficient, which I appreciate even more as I get older.

One staff try be to smarter than the others. I returned a package to the sender but it contained haradous material and could not be shipped. I receive a notification in the mail stating the package is on hold at that location. The notification was written by the mail delivery pesonel. I went there to show the notification and one of the staff said my package is at another location (on west grand ave). She also mentioned the notification is stupid. So I went to the one on West grand ave. The staff told my package is at this location. If I don't see it, asked to speak with the supervisor. So I went this location again and found my package. The staffs at this location are not friendly at all. I alway dropped my package here and never talked to any of the staff. None of the store around these area has 4 stars.

I dropped off two boxes return my orders. One of them got scanned. One is losing and doesn't scan. Is that lost or stolen? Idk. Nobody gives me an answer. If they don't scan they should send back to my address on the label. But nothing. ???

The postal workers here are always efficient and friendly. I’m so glad we have a Post Office in our neighborhood. Everyone depends on it!

I am seldom able to access my PO Box during the clearly posted access times as this location is rarely opened during the posted hours of operation. It's currently 9:20am on Saturday, June 24th and the posted hours are 7am for PO Box access and 9am for full service, yet they have yet to open at 9:20am!!! I paid a significant fee increase for my box this year and this warrants a refund of fees!!

Staff is rude, lazy and incompetent. I asked them to hold a package and not mail it as there was something suspicious about the address/location and they couldn’t issue a refund that day because they closed the register. They pulled the package and said to come back the next day. I came back and was told by the same person that pulled the package that they sent it out…paid 94$ for shipping and was told I couldn’t get a refund bc they sent it out and they can only issue same day refunds WHICH I TRIED TO GET and they denied me.

I'm missing mini packages that that don't make it to my house I need to pick up there, I mailed out two letters that never got where they're supposed to go because I think they had an ID and something valuable in them

I love this post office. The sistah that works in the far corner is so incredibly helpful and proficient at her job. She is so on it, that I usually leave feeling better than I walked in because she makes the experience so pleasant and clear. If it weren't for parking I would use this post office exclusively. I will say that the USPS should update the equipment. Some of the machines seem like they haven't been updated since before Regan was president.

09/23/2022Arrived at 4:48PM and they have the doors locked. Any reason why 5PM is the posted closing time but don't abide by it? Don't have too much else to say.
