I dropped off two boxes return my orders. One of them got scanned. One is losing and doesn't scan. Is that lost or stolen? Idk. Nobody gives me an answer. If they don't scan they should send back to my address on the label. But nothing. ???

The postal workers here are always efficient and friendly. I’m so glad we have a Post Office in our neighborhood. Everyone depends on it!

I am seldom able to access my PO Box during the clearly posted access times as this location is rarely opened during the posted hours of operation. It's currently 9:20am on Saturday, June 24th and the posted hours are 7am for PO Box access and 9am for full service, yet they have yet to open at 9:20am!!! I paid a significant fee increase for my box this year and this warrants a refund of fees!!

No matter how many times I go in there and I try to be so nice to these people they still are rude to me no matter what I mean I just don't know what be going on in their minds but they are just mean

Staff is rude, lazy and incompetent. I asked them to hold a package and not mail it as there was something suspicious about the address/location and they couldn’t issue a refund that day because they closed the register. They pulled the package and said to come back the next day. I came back and was told by the same person that pulled the package that they sent it out…paid 94$ for shipping and was told I couldn’t get a refund bc they sent it out and they can only issue same day refunds WHICH I TRIED TO GET and they denied me.

I'm missing mini packages that that don't make it to my house I need to pick up there, I mailed out two letters that never got where they're supposed to go because I think they had an ID and something valuable in them

I love this post office. The sistah that works in the far corner is so incredibly helpful and proficient at her job. She is so on it, that I usually leave feeling better than I walked in because she makes the experience so pleasant and clear. If it weren't for parking I would use this post office exclusively. I will say that the USPS should update the equipment. Some of the machines seem like they haven't been updated since before Regan was president.

09/23/2022Arrived at 4:48PM and they have the doors locked. Any reason why 5PM is the posted closing time but don't abide by it? Don't have too much else to say.

I wish they opened earlier or stayed open until six on some days. Most of the staff is nice but sometimes when you walk in there there's a unpleasant smell.

Extremely rude staff. I asked for help to maneuver the package drop off tool as it was my first time (a clear box-like tool you rotate to give package to employee’s side). I was not helped, and did it clearly wrong and was only left with condescending comments. A simple direction could have made both of our lives easier.

Every single visit has been a positive experience! All staff have been extremely helpful and kind. Parking can be a bit difficult here but as someone who frequents the post office, it's nice to know I'm always being taken care of here

Rude staff. Was abruptly told to leave the building before I could even finish my transaction because I kindly told the clerk in the middle window this afternoon to please stop taking it out on customers and to be clearer with instructions. Wasn’t even given the opportunity to defuse the situation.

I really want to give this place a one star but I'll add one more star to it just based off the other people that work there because I've never had a problem with them and they are helpful and professional. I come in to this location all the time with my service animal because I am half death I cannot hear on my left side he always has his tags on anywhere I take him out. So today Maribel decides to come up to me (on my left side where I'm deaf) she was talking to me I didn't really hear her until my dog got my attention so I asked her what was she saying and she told me to pick up my service dog and I have never in my life had to pick up my service dog anywhere I went so then I ask her why he's on a leash and very rudely and unprofessionally she told me it doesn't matter pick him up and at that point I said no he's on a f****** leash I don't need to pick him up I have his paperwork and he has his tags on the way you are treating me is illegal and she literally said she did not care so not only did I report her to her job in the US government but I'm also leaving a yelp review because if this is the people that work in the office and treat people with disabilities rude and unprofessional I want nothing to do with Maribel ever again and I will be taking this to court
