It's already been 3 times that the packages I've dropped at this USPS arrived either empty or with the contents swapped for something else.
The first two were for my business, my customers received the package with only the sample that I added, none of the products they ordered. The most recent was a return, instead of the pants that were meant to be there, the shop got a green top? And now they won't refund me the money. All 3 packages showed signs of being tempered, I only use yellow gummed tape to close the packages, instead, the packages arrived with plastic see through packaging tape over the yellow one. I will have to stop dropping off somewhere else.

I went to drop off a package and 5 of the 8 packages got scanned in and the rest never did. And those 5 packages never showed up to their destination and I was billed over 800$ for those packages never being sent or shipped. These guys never scanned them in and now I have no idea where they are and the post master lied right to my face saying that she never took them, when that day I dropped it off on a Saturday and they were closing up and she wanted them gone and never scanned them in but probably threw them into a bin and sent them with the carrier on the way out and he stole the packages because they never got scanned. Such thieves in the USPS network. No wonder the scrutiny, and it’s a federal job too. I’m taking this to small claims. This is a big deal and we heavily rely on the one system where every person should have integrity. I’m also filing a claim and I am filing an IG Complaint against this post office.

This post Office is a joke. It is supposed to open at 8:30 but in the last week it has been closed in the mornings on at least two occasions. Once I waited until 10 AM and it was still closed. Today I’m sitting in front of the post office that was supposed to open at 8:30 and it’s now 9:45 AM. Whoever is supposed to open typically does not show up until they feel like it is not given additional support and takes two hour lunches. It is beyond ridiculous.

Went at 9 a.m. one clerk, sign says “no stamps”,7 people in line.Return 3:45p.m. Exactly the same scene.Mailed parcel to Canada one month ago-same clerk. Never arrived.Why??????? is this OK?
