If I could give ZERO STARS I would the mail carriers out of this office need to fired whoever is in charge is out of line,I have been waiting on a EXTREMELY IMPORTANT PARCEL since the 11th it is the 18th my paycheck is in danger of being garnished I haven't received any mail in 2wks this is pass unacceptable I will be making a real complaint to the State of California...ZERO STARS.

So unprofessional went in today 6/30/23 to pick up or intercept my package that was supposed to be delivered today instead of helping or checking they dismissed me like I was wrong for wanting my package or insulted me like couldn't read or comprehend my tracking information it said it was at the post office....they should just close this place or train or hire new people no type of customer service zero stars

The black ladies inside the post office have zero customer service, I drive to the office to get my package because I won’t be available the day it supposed to deliver , she ask for tracking I gave then another black lady told me she won’t be able to get my package , why did you even ask the tracking in the first place , complete laziness.

This post office is located on MacArthur Boulevard down the street from where I live. They normally have two to three workers at one time and I haven't had too many problems coming here to buy money orders and stamps. Lunch is from 12:00 p.m. to 1:00 p.m. so normally there's one person working at this time.

It's nasty x infinity... the physical building as well as the postal clerks. Rude! The place is rundown look like it was built in the 1950s and nothing has been done to it... And the clerks are just rude and impatient. Just because they're government employees doesn't mean that they're indispensable. Totally nasty place and nasty experience.

The African American ladyin the office has zero customer service, she has an attitude an very aggressive most of the time, I don't recommend this office at all

My items have been “Out for delivery” since January 9th. It is now the TWELFTH!!!!! They are so unprofessional. They never answer the phone, nor do they actually extend the effort to successfully deliver packages. How is it that I get my mail perfectly fine but somehow every time I get a package via USPS it NEVER gets delivered?? Just lazy and it’s so unprofessional. I’ve been having these issues w them since last year!!!!

My mail was misdelivered and I called their office but they never pick up. So I called the national number and they started a case for me. I didn’t anticipate to receive a call that soon but that same day they called me and delivered my item.

I run a small business and sometimes I do same day shipping. I make it to this post office at 4:55pm 9/21/22. But whenever a certain someone is working. She locks the doors early. This puts a strain on my business. It's unacceptable, she's done this to me twice.

When I lived in the area, I never had any issues with this post office except for one occasion where I had to pick up a package because they failed to deliver it. But ever since I moved, I've been having some issues because my change of address was ignored. I had a package accidentally get addressed to my former residency and they still delivered my package instead of holding it at the post office or forwarding it like they were supposed to, for the change of address request that i had to pay money for. I opened a request to find out what happened, and the supervisor marked the case as resolved and that they worked out a resolution with me, when no one got in contact with me and I hadn't spoke to anyone since opening the case. I tried calling again, and one sentence into saying why I was calling the operator hung up on me. Tried calling again in case the connection dropped, and she answered the phone but immediately hung up. Then when i tried calling again they just let the call ring until it stopped. I had to call the main customer service phone number for USPS again to open a new case since my issue was not resolved. Weeks later the supervisor finally calls me today and was pretty rude. She said they did their job and tried to retrieve my package twice but failed to retrieve it. How is that doing anything? Should have left a note on the gate asking for the resident at that address to leave the package out for them to retrieve since it's a gated property. It just blows my mind how difficult it is to get any help from this particular post office or speak to someone who is actually helpful, or speak to anyone at all in general. Not someone who makes up all these excuses and claims they did their job and then question me about other things. I'd recommend taking your business elsewhere to a different post office if you have the option to. I've lost money now because of the poor job this post office has done.

The only good thing at this location... is the employee named Maria at the counter. This location used to have a few good mail carriers but there must be a relatively new person taking over our mail address route because our street and apartment complex have been missing quite a few packages lately...and yes, I hold management responsible - Manager: Justin. He really needs to hold these mail carriers accountable for their actions - otherwise, if they don't respect the mail and packages - then they probably shouldn't be mail carriers representing the government - and of course, you will start seeing a LOT of claims...which is unacceptable- because these could have been avoided. I do not want to make another trip to this usps local office (unless I'm being helped by Maria) because the others seem ignorant on providing solutions and knowing what is excellent customer service... I once saw a line with 6 people... and only Maria was there ...but she serviced all of us AND helped me with a complicated situation. Of course I asked for her name because I was impressed by her attitude and customer service. And the ONLY reason that I am giving this place 2 stars is because of her ... unfortunately everything else is below standard. It's a sad day when I would rather wait 30 minutes to speak to an agent on the phone (ask usps) than deal directly with incompetence and ignorance at this location. Very very sad situation for this neighborhood.

Will not answer the phone after 3 days of constant calling at various times through the day. I am 3 hours away and trying to have a package delivered to my daughter who needs her college textbooks. The national 800 number tells me the package is still sitting at this post office with no update to the tracking in 4 days. All the general 800 number can do is leave a message for the post office...cant call them direclty either?

Ghetto fabulous post office. Eastmont post office supposed to be open at 8:30 it's almost 9:30 there's a line of people's and they haven't opened the doors. We can hear people behind the wall talking, gossiping and cussing -- only after customers knocked on the wall a woman says they'll open at 9:40. The reviews of this Post Office are consistent and overall poor. It is shameful and disrespectful that nothing has been done. #usps #wouldntdothisinpiedmont #barbaralee
