This place is a menace to our neighborhood. They installed a motion sensor alarm that sounds like an air raid siren, and can be heard for half a mile in all directions. It goes off over a dozen times, at completely random intervals, from 7PM to 7AM every night. They have no consideration for the community around them. I haven't slept in 4 days. Not to mention that if an actual emergency happens, our neighborhood likely won't be alerted since this terrible business with zero care for the community has us all hearing a constant air raid siren.

On 12/18 my daughter and arrived at 6pm and the doors were locked and the business was closed. Will have to go to a different business. Very disappointed....

O stars for Lakeshore Verizon. They were going to email my receipt. They didn't due to "privacy issues!" I went to get a copy of receipt but the manager couldn't find it! I'll never ever buy anything at Verizon! They are the worst of the worst!

I have never experienced such poor customer service. I am moving and Verizon seemed faster than ATT at my new location so I attempted to switch to Verizon. My internet device was never delivered yet I got a bill for it. This is ILLEGAL . I had to chat with 4 customer service agents to cancel my account, one of them told me I would be charged for the device that was never delivered. Nobody spoke english as their first language and it was like pulling teething to get the issue resolved. Do not use Verizon. The NFL has made a big mistake by partnering with them. I had such a bad experience that I would honestly pay for your NFL sunday ticket though Youtube so you don't have to deal with Verizon. They are the worst.

I lost my phone camping and rushed back to be able to buy a new phone. I showed up on July 16th, 22 minutes before closing time and the two young workers had decided to already close out the system. That meant that I couldn't buy a new phone and the other location, like Best Buy and the Apple Store were going to close before I could make it in time.

Went in the store to compare iPhone models, I was debating between the pro max and the regular size. The phones are bolted to the wall. They would not let me hold the phone to determine what size I wanted to get. They would not unbolt it from the wall, so I was unable to hold it in my hand to see if the larger size would be OK for me. Absolutely unacceptable. If the Apple Store has figured it out how to deter crime and let a customer hold a phone, Verizon should be able to as well.

Ethan helped us out today. We had to transfer my cousin's account over and get him a new phone and Ethan assisted us every step of the way. A super nice guy who is incredibly helpful, patient and professional. We were very grateful. Thanks Ethan!

I was frustrated and on the brink of changing over from Verizon to T-Mobile when I walked into this store. Even when I first arrived I was turned off by the fact that I was overlooked by employees until a woman named Jackie came out from the back and immediately noticed how frustrated I had become. She assured me that she would do her best to solve my problem. I explained to her the nature of my problem and she began to break it down into manageable components and solved the issue in no time. I was truly happy with her customer service. Until that moment I was very upset with Verizon and their customer support and was ready to start looking at alternative solutions. As for the man with the beard working, learn some things from Jackie!

Ethan Lyles at this Verizon store is awesome! Knowledgeable, efficient, and pleasant. Beside fixing my problem (I couldn't get my iphone to take my thumbprint), he explained my phone to me. Even though I'd bought it there eight years ago! And all at no charge. GREAT SERVICE!

"Helped", by Sasha, if you want to call it that. It's really saddening to see what the standards are for competency in the hiring process for large companies. They really have low standards now. Sasha is living proof that you can help someone without really helping them. She literally could not hide on her face how much she resents being there and how much she would rather do something else. The epitome of apathy. How in the world does someone like this get a customer service position? I really want to know what the hiring process is like. If you want apathetic customer service (ironic huh?), go to Verizon. If you want competent, helpful people, go to in-and-out.

Staff ignored us for 15 minutes and then were attentive to the next person who came in. It felt intentional. We asked for a particular model and were shamed for wanting something small and older. "That's in the safe. You'll have to wait 10+ minutes for us to get it." No cases or screen protectors for the phone we wanted, and the staff made us feel like we were imposing on them to try and buy stuff. Look...whatever. Yeah, we want a smaller phone than is offered. GOOD customer service reps would have inquired what our needs were, offered alternatives, shown us how the newer one had features that made up for what was missing. Y'know...SELL US SOMETHING. We walked into your store ready to spend over $700 on a phone and accessories. You couldn't be bothered. Okay...fine. We left. You lost a customer. Totally your fault.

Singularly the WORST customer service experience I've had in 25 years. I can't even REMEMBER the last time I had such a careless, disinterested, and unhelpful "customer service rep" give me such BAD service. Didn't offer me a single piece of advice or information about any of the options; sent me home with the wrong power cord; was completely unhelpful - basically, "go home and figure it out" attitude. Which I did. And I will NEVER, I repeat, NEVER set foot in that store again unless I return the phone. ; ) Good luck peeps! I hear the Verizon over on Solano actually have people in the store who are competent and who CARE.

Ok, had to come into the store over a problem with a phone I got through a 3rd party, not from Verizon. Suffice it to say that about everything that could go wrong with the new phone went wrong. Susanna and Skylar both helped me out as I had to go in 3 times; again, not because Susanna and Skylar did anything wrong. But they were patient with me when I'd lost my patience, were able to resolve my issues to the extent they could, and never sold me anything. So if they're working on commission, they got nothing for their troubles. They also stayed way beyond closing to help me out.

I bought an iPhone 12 Max Pro with service contract. Don't get fooled. To replace a defective phone you must prove the defect with an diagnosis from Apple l, to to one of their two tech stations, one located obscurely on a Stable that onlu replaces screens. It took a trip across the Bay, and 4 hours on the phone for resolution. Consider purchasing from Apple your phone or at lease Applecare. Verizon is no better than Comcast as the worst company in America.
