Went in to get my SIM card reactivated and Marvin was so helpful. He got everything up and working within 15 minutes and I left with much less worry on my mind! Very happy to have such an informative and helpful employee make the process of returning back to the states that much easier.

Thursday 5:39 and they’re closed. They don’t answer the phone when they’re open so there’s no way of knowing if they’re open unless you come down here. Wasted time…

What a joke. I called this morning and talked for 20 minutes on the phone to set up an appointment. I get here 5 minutes early only to have the customer service specialist, Savannah, tell me it’s going to be 10 minutes. Okay, it happens, no big deal. She doesn’t take a moment to check in, see what I need, confirm details, anything. 25 minutes later, she tells me I must not have made an appointment (I have an email and text to confirm that I did) and that the deal I had discussed on the phone wasn’t accurate (I spent an hour on the phone with customer service two days ago to hammer out the details in advance). I get being busy but this was a flagrant waste of my time, bad communication, and an overall trash experience. I’d recommend going to a Verizon store that has better trained staff and a more well equipped store. There is a store in Emeryville that is much better and has friendlier and more helpful staffing that I’d suggest if you need anything.

comically bad how unhelpful & useless this store representative was….told me transferring and activating my phone would cause an additional fee and ultimately she was unable to even do it at her store… Couldnt even provide a tool so that I could physically take out my sim card myself.

Great service it’s as simple as that and make sure you give a raise to the two gentlemen working at the store on Broadway in Oakland near Jack London Square. Really great guys (one was named Hugo) and great service and I even got my wife signed up there. A very highly recommended store with excellent and professional staff.

The salesperson told me my old phone was ineligible for trade-in, which according to a Verizon email, was incorrect. Also told me I'd need new chargers, because "new model used a different size" . Also incorrect. Sent notice of this disinformation to Verizon app, no resolution. Wasted hundreds of $. Won't be back to this outlet for my family's phones. Extremely disappointed.

The manager here is racist. When I went to this store to recover service after my phone was stolen and I had the service suspended the manager accused me of yelling. I live with hearing loss and when I explained quite calmly that I live with hearing loss he said that he doesn't like my tone. He also lied over and over. I was kicked out after I exposed his lies. I feel like I was discriminated against because of my voice and skin. Black lies matter, not life. If you are not black in this nation you have no rights. I cannot speak any more quietly than I did because I will not hear myself speak. I was discriminated against because of hearing loss and skin. I will never return.

The employees here are temporary. They themselves don't understand Verizon's sales policy.I lost $1500 at this store.Ifyou want to have Verizon Service please go to Verizon store.This one is an agent.They lie to customer .

Things were taking a little longer than I allotted time for once I decided to upgrade my phone. The young gentleman offered to let me use his own phone so I could run to the airport and pick up my friend on time. Thankfully it didn't come to that but I was blown away at the generosity. Everyone was so helpful and got me completely set up without being pushy with a bunch of up-selling. So grateful I picked this location!

Don't trust this store.They lie to customers.Last year I switch to Verizon from T_Mobile.The staff told to me that I can trade in my used iphone,which can deduct $700-$1000 ,depend on the model of iphone.Until now I didn't see it.I traded my used iphone,and I pay the full price of my new iphone.
