Came to this location for medicine because my boyfriend was having an allergic reaction, and they decided to close 20 mins early. They said it was because the power was off but The power was on when we were standing at the door talking to one of the female employees . And the front entrance had two signs up front contradicting each other ! We could've easily given them cash if there was a issue with the register !

If I could, I would give pharmacy a negative 5 stars. It's like a waste of time central. So..... my daughter's doctor sent her scripts to this location. I wait an hour and a half before we show up. They tell me it won't be ready for an hour and a half again. For the exact same reason. Since i live in the hood, i have nothing to do. I will never go here again.

Literally came in an hour after oral surgery, Rx wasn't in the system... I asked for a call, signed up for texts with updates. Guess that's not enough because 3 hours late, after all my numbness wears off... I have to call them multiple times just to find out they didn't want to fill anything unless I had insurance. I I told them I did and I would be down there as soon as the RX was ready... but they were ready! Then all of a sudden they don't carry my insurance and advices I pay out of pocket or go to a different place for coverage that would take another hour... aka wait 5 hours or just pay over $100 worth for 3 rxs . Fuck Walgreens and their pharmacy employees who don't do any actual customer service work other than doing "what they can" and not reaching out to their people for answers they needed to even process prescriptions

My girlfriend sat on a chair and got yelled at from one of the workers. She could have Been told respectfully. The chair was left near the toy section. The big lady who the chair belongs to has poor customer and communication skills.

This 5 star review is strictly for an employee named "HECTOR" I called to see what time photo department closed, he gave me a time then asked was I picking up pictures, I said yes. He went to check for them, we got disconnected so I called back and he apologized and kept checking. Said he didn't see my pictures or my name. Gave him my order number he kept checking.. nothing. After every attempt, he finally found my photos!! I went and found him at the location, he was kind and friendly. He rang me up and I left with my photos. Thankful that he went the extra mile and actually took the time to locate my photos. DEFINITELY APPRECIATED THE CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE!!

An African American police officer told me that it was closed and he did not let me pass instead he let another African American who came next to me that seems racism to me, he did not let me in just because he was Latino but one cannot even say a color because they are offended what a bad image for Walgreens !!! They never have staff members willing to help. Calling in is no use either because they NEVER pick up their phone. Ive been calling all day and they are always hanging up my calls. Poor customer service. Definitely DO NOT recommend THIS location

Had an appt for a vaccine that I made Two weeks ago. Got multiple confirmation emails, including day of the appointment. Took off early from work and showed up early....to find the pharmacy closed due to short staffing. No curtesy cancellation email. Tried to talk to staff but was shooed away. They wouldn't even talk to me, let alone reschedule for whenever the next available time slot is. So I recommend staying away from this place.

Long time customer. Pharmacy is always out of stock on meds. And the phone system sucks. They answer but immediately put you on hold. That's crazy. I was in need for my heart meds.So long Walgreen's. I have had enough!

Signed up for a covid test. "Appointment" time was 4:45. Showed up at 4:40. There was six or seven cars in front of us. It's 5:35 now. Just made it to the window and finally seeing a pharmacist to complete test.....
