Ooof! I came here on a Saturday because all the other locations around me were closed and wow, I've never seen such a long line to get into a bank before. The good news is they are fast and efficient at this location so it goes by super fast. There are also two security guards at the door so I definitely feel safe coming here. Only reason this location doesn't have five stars is because of the parking situation. They really have limited parking in the lot. Other than that, I'm happy to go to this location. Thank you!! :)

A friend of mine wanted to open an account and I suggested that she come with me and open one at Wells Fargo. When we went into my home bank location to open an account we were turned away because we didn't have an appointment. We were told to go online to make an appointment and when we did go online to schedule an appointment we discovered that it was several weeks away. My friend wanted to open an account ASAP and couldn't wait a month so the next day we went to bank America and was welcomed with open arms and asked very politely to take a seat and was seen by a banker in less than 15 minutes. We walked out of bank America with a brand new bank account. I would like to add that this review is regarding the new policies at Wells Fargo, making customers go online and wait wait several weeks and sometimes even months for an and does not reflect the way bank associates treat customers. They're just limited by the policies at all Wells Fargo banks and just doing their jobs.

Fasil Chala assisted me with a transfer transaction. He was very professional and knowledgeable. The branch was neat and clean. I highly recommend this Wells Fargo branch!

If I could give this location no stars I would. Their customer service is horrible. If you just need a Wells Fargo ATM than you're good. But if you have to go inside the branch for any assistance BEWARE! I should have known from their high turn over.

I have been here multiple times. Bankers are nice every time. I see people complain about the parking lot!!! If you are a customer and need to go inside what makes you believe that you can leave it and go to the gym or somewhere else! It's down town. Pay for parking and go where you should go. Their parking just like any other business is for when you are using their services. People really think that just because you have an account you get a reserved spot. This is hilarious. People are crazy and have nothing better to do than complain complaint complaint.

I had the most unpleasant experience ever dealing with a personal banker named Fasil. I came to the branch having an appointment. Notarizing one document should be trouble free, so I thought. He started off with the worst attitude questioning the documents- claiming that they were not original and that it was faxed. This document has nothing that pertains to Wells Fargo! It had to do with my rights as a beneficiary to a deceased family member. I explained to him that the financial service company mailed this paperwork. If he wanted to read the letter that was addressed in my name or examine a copy of the death certificate or look at the postage paid return envelope he could've, but he didn't. He just got all high and mighty saying that I've done this enough times and got into his ego. I asked to speak to his manager and he gave me a bullsh-t excuse that there was no manager. So I called him out and said he was a punk! Then he stood up from his desk and said ok yeah you want to talk manager, I get you manager. Hearing the commotion, a different banker tried to help but couldn't because she doesn't have notary responsibilities. If you want to be treated rudely as a customer and waste your time with jerks like Fasil, then request him. I was accommodated by Citibank to get it done later that day, ask for William. Bad bankers are like feces, you need a bidet to wash sh*t off your ass.

Ordered checks yesterday from the banker here. Checks come in a box of 100 now, but I asked the banker has it always been 100? I swear it was more before ( I haven't used a check in a year or two). Banker replies: I don't know I haven't used a check in ages ya know cause of fraud everywhere. Huh?

99 times out of 100 there are lots of workers standing around doing nothing while there is a long line for a teller. Working in moving my accounts.

I had one teller say why are you checking your account , Like if I was not the person who owned my account , I recently Dopiest my check I had in the Machine but , It was thanksgiving , After Black Friday . The Michigan told me it'll take a while to Withdrew . I also last week talked to a real teller , They never seemed helpful ... I guess a Mexican young man , Who doesn't know what to do , They kinda was looking at me , anyway , I stay clear or ask them for assistance , on helping you out no matter who you are , The Guard ' was lazy Not professional...

I sustained permanent back injury during my military service... I'm in constant pain, every step I take and every movement I make hurts. It's why my doctor recommended for me to get a disability license plate so that I can park closer to wherever I need to go. Wells Fargo at 2040 Franklin St, Oakland, CA 94612 did not allow me to park in the handicap parking space... the idiotic Philippino security guard insist on telling me the manager said it's for customers only... I told him to check the DMV website, he just kept repeating the manager said its for customer only. I went inside the bank and explained I am a customer, I do bank with Wells Fargo but they insist I can't park there. According to DMV website and by law I am allowed to park in parking spaces with the International Symbol of Access (wheelchair symbol) The sad thing is I have been investing in Wells Fargo's stocks for the past 10 year. I just opened a bank account with them this year. I feel nothing but disappointment towards this bank. They have no common curtesy towards people with disability. There are so many banks to choose from; I'm definitely going elsewhere. Wells Fargo, you can thank you incompetent manager and security guard for another customer.

I am here and have been sitting here for forty minutes to get a temporary card. This place is ridiculously slow. I approached a banker that had been sitting at there desk hanging out and she said she doesn't feel like doing a temporary card but that she will get me someone else soon. Her coworker looked at her and told her to get me cause I've been here forever and she said I don't want to do a temporary card I'd rather wait for a new bank customer.

I just experienced racism from the white female manager at this Wellsfargo branch. I just made a deposit at the atm and was buying something across the street. She said I cannot have my car parked even for a minute even when the security men saw that I just made a ATM deposit My black folks beware of this Wellsfargo bank branch

Do not, I repeat DO NOT, use their ATMs here. Was depositing checks for our company and the ATM just suddenly turned off. After going inside they retrieved my card from the machine but wouldn't give me the checks and told me to call an 800 number that had the worst phone tree I've ever dealt with, so nearly $7,000 of our company's money is currently unaccounted for. Stay away!
