I am closing my accounts with this bank. It's a shame that this branch has made such a big impact on so many people's lives. I should say NEGATIVE impact. I have been fortunate enough to be inside the branch before they close at 12:00 on the dot and watched people running up to try to get in about 5 minutes afterwards and feel bad for them. But today I was running up and got to the door at 12:01 and was turned away. And for those saying "gaEt tHere Earlier", I can't or I would. And the thing is, if Wells Fargo had the other 5 branches in the area open, I would be closer to one of them and could "get there earlier". I will be back on Monday to close my accounts and will be sure when people ask for opinions about what's a good bank, I will make sure Wells Fargo=Scat. And that is insulting scat

This is the worst branch in the greater area. The parking lot has constant break-ins. People get robbed at the ATM often and the branch has chosen to add to this crisis by removing the interior ATM during this time of heightened crime with apparently no intention of returning it. The line at this branch is always out the door. Almost never have more than two tellers available and the ones that they do have seem to lack any general transaction knowledge and are always having to ask someone else who is not at window how to do whatever simple transaction needs to happen. Also not helpful, friendly or expeditious. Summation: slow slow slow and sub par service.

We had an appointment on Monday August 38, 2023, with Mrs. Pamela Keller, she went above and beyond to make us welcome. Her personable and professional presentation let me know why she has been a 40 year asset to Wells Fargo. She was instrumental in getting an account matter, updated and squared away, I can't say enough nice things about her ability to work with the public, she is a real gem. Joyce M. Van Hook.

How many gazillions does WF make and they only have one teller working? This happens repeatedly at this branch. Shame in WF to not pay people enough to attract enough workers to provide basic services. I mostly use atms but once a month I need to see a teller and waiting a half hour to do so is not ok. Not only does this bank lie and cheat--it's too cheap to hire more tellers!

you can have a birthday waiting for service at this bank. I counted 13 teller windows and the last few times I've been there were only 2 tellers working at the windows and I've never seen more than 3 windows open. I can't help wondering if this branch has some kind of management problems. I also think the sleepy security guard is there in case fed up customers express their anger and start acting up. Surely they can do better.

Been a WF customer for 15 years but I must say this is the worst branch I have ever dealt with. Since moving to the area try to avoid at all cost . Unfortunately thing happen and sometimes I have to go in . It is absolutely ridiculous only one teller and a 30 min wait minimum at all times. Most of the bad reviews on this branch are 100 percent accurate.

I've been here to send 2 wires for home purchase, and Mona and Ruby were both incredibly kind and helpful. Lanishia was also very helpful with my cash advance from my credit union account. Will be quick to come back to this branch anytime I need in-branch help.

Very nice bankers and tellers. They are always willing to help the customers and explain every questions you ask in a way that you understand. I saw a nice teamwork between the tellers, bankers and managers. Most of the time after you are done with transactions the managers come and ask customers if everything worked out for them. Very Humble Manager! I would give more stars if I could but honestly speaking, I can say this is the best wells Fargo Branch in the Bay Area. NB: there is plenty of parking available and the security guard is very welcoming.

I want to give 5 stars for Banker Patton Luu. He has amazing customer service, honestly. Today was my second time to met him again. I never had before like this much service from any Wells Fargo bankers. So good luck Patton.

I have been a customer of Wells Fargo for the last 30 years. I have been a regular at this location for the last 15 yrs. I have gotten accustomed with a lot of the workers. Whenever I have an issue this branch is there to help me resolve my problem.

Never have to wait long for service. Very helpful when there is a problem. Easy parking for disabled people. And the staff is great. John M.

I can't give a star to the management of this branch on Piedmont Ave for their service. The new manager has promogated new rules to fit every occasion. I had lost my atm card, and canceled it by phone, with the promise a new one would arrive soon. In the past, if I lost a card (my former branch on Solano ave, was the best in the east bay) they would give me a temporary one to use. Not the manager of this one. Who apparently gets to make his own rules, to the detriment of his customers. As I brought my check book, I was allowed to get cash. But, despite that I'm disabled in my left hand, and may need instant cash, he still refused. Since I moved to this neighborhood, I've discovered the quality of this branch, perhaps because it is smallish, relies on the personality of the manager more than it should. This is not the first time this manager has been bullish with me. It is not his territory to lord over. Wells Fargo is in trouble again. While I am a 40 year customer, this manager may finally motivate me to get out.

This Wells Fargo has the best customer service. Every time I walk in someone is there ready to help. They are very professional. They work fast and efficient. Tellers always have a smile. The bankers always smiles at their customers. A banker named Joanna I believe, was very helpful. Got through all the things I need to be done in a timely manner. She's fast, she gets all your questions answered and most importantly a positive attitude. It seems like nobody gets mad in this bank. Good job and keep up the good work.

I just refinanced my home with Jennifer Bury and James Paik at the Piedmont Ave. branch of Wells Fargo. They were consistently patient and helpful as I went through the process. Jennifer returned my calls promptly and answered my questions clearly. The whole process took less than a month. They are a great team, and I came away feeling like a valued customer.

Ironically I dealt with the Customer Service manager. Despite the fact that I Bank with Wells Fargo at that branch she refused to help me make a deposit into my business acct. All the while smiling at me in a superior way. They need a real attitude change at this branch. The worst banking experience I've ever had.
