Called to ask if they offer western union service and the employee asked if she could have my name and number "in case we get disconnected" I simply stated I can just call back if that happens and she then said I had to come in in person in order for her to answer my question. Definitely not going somewhere that seems that sketchy

Six people in line and one of the two cashiers left. I guess that your time is only valuable if you work at this place. Fortunately only the very least competent employees are left here to not do the job that they are being paid to do. I have never, in 44 years, seen employees who care so little about the jobs that they have. They are making literally zero effort to help customers. I already furious and I'm still in line. If God exists these horrible women will be hit by a bus when they leave work tonight

I was here for entirely too long because they were talking to each other nonstop. While getting an earful of the office drama helps to pass the time, I can’t help but feel like things would have moved faster without the constant chatter. While taking down my very personal information, she took a phone call and proceeded to have an entire conversation with someone about the gender of their babies and what was new in their lives. All this between asking me for my information, so I guess I hope whoever was on the other line isn’t an identity thief. Needless to say, even though I feel very close with these people after learning so much about them involuntarily while I bothered them with requesting the services they say they offer, I won’t be coming back as they aren’t very good at customer service or even providing the services you might want from a check cashing business.

Avoid this place the employees are unprofessional specifically "Christian" she is very rude, unprofessional and disrespectful. I don't why they are not nice for customers or they work for free here? Never come back again.

One of the worst customer service I’ve experienced in a while and this coming from the manager there. They can’t seem to handle the three customers they had at the time. The manger is very rude and lacks customer service training, makes me wonder how she got to be manager the other ladies were more pleasant and knowledgeable. The manager “Lourdes” doesn’t explain their money exchange policy and automatically has an attitude with my mother and I because we didn’t know the policy and she decides she doesn’t want to help us and top of that I was interpreting for my mother and we both had masks on and she wouldn’t let me get close to my mom so I can interpret for her. She was rude she wouldn’t even break one of the hundred dollar bill I had. She is not deserving of this manger role that shad has been given. If Western Union appreciates and respect their customers they should investigate this rude and unprofessional staff.

I'm watching them as they just told me they were closed but online it says 8 and they just helped the person that came in after me. Lights on, door open. But when you walk up they say they closed at 7. And it is 7:28....

At this place , honestly , I have experienced the slowest , rude and most unprofessional customer service in my whole life so far . The three black ladies who was working there very unprofessional , stressed, unorganized , etcetera . Mamagent needs to pay a close attention to this please .
