I'm not from Oakland, so it was my first time visiting this store. My experience was alright. I was confused about where things were placed because I usually shop in a different store in a different city. But the food was good. There was plenty of sushi displaced. I was looking for where the eating tables were, and I noticed it was tiny. I was sitting at the middle table and kept noticing a man looking at me. I felt uncomfortable but later left. I would honestly wish the eating space would be more bigger for everyone to eat.

Whole Foods is an awesome supermarket with a bunch of cool stuff and a very casual atmosphere. They've got the best fruits, veggies, and healthy snacks you can imagine. It's like a food paradise for people who want to eat good and feel good. The workers there are super nice and know a lot about all the different foods, so if you ever need help, just ask!The only not-so-great thing is the parking. It's underground, and the entrance and exit can be kind of tight. If you've got a big car, it might be a little tricky. But once you conquer the parking challenge, the whole Whole Foods experience is totally worth it. It's like a magical land of delicious and healthy food waiting for you inside!

This reminds me of the 365 concept in NYC that I saw some years ago, but it has more than 365 foods. It's a bit larger. I think that it is cleaner than the other Telegraph store and it's fine. Things are easy to find and when I come by, I'm not missing things. But every time that I come here I find what I want. The only thing is the parking situation isn't fantastic. So the location is also really good to me because it's very close to the freeway. Also, when I interact with the people who work there, it has always been very positive. The store is also clean and the one time I used the restroom I wasn't grossed out. The inside is nice and bright and the windows add to the ambiance because the sunlight filters into the store.I wish it was around back in the day when I was driving down to Ashby to visit. I'm glad this store is here because now I have this store and Gilman just off the freeway and that's a good thing when I'm out running my errands.

Been a WF shopper for ages and really like this one. Well curated selection of Japanese Whiskey of all things! I was there this past Thanksgiving to pick up my catered dinner and was helped by Luz - she had me out the door with everything I needed in six minutes flat. Guess I'll be back for Christmas!

I used to love Whole Foods. But since Amazon did the hostile takeover, it's gone downhill. Many good products are gone in favor of GMO and unhealthy food. But worst is it's a puppet of Amazon which now scams up to 25% of purchases daily and discontinued customer service. If you still like Whole Foods, go to a store. But don't place an order through Amazon. There is a 25% chance you will not ever see your order and now Amazon won't reimburse for orders not delivered. We hope Whole Foods can get out from under the scam-efficient Amazon.

Kind of confusing the first time you go. You park underground via Clarke street. Once you go to the garage its easy to follow signs to the whole foods entrance. Parking is free.I stopped by to pick up some lunch, I got a deli sandwich, which was excellent. The store is very clean, their bathrooms are also very clean.

New, spacious store with a nice open feeling in the air. I'm withholding that fifth star until they expand the selection of bulk items to include spices, herbs and teas

Went into the store yesterday to do some shopping with my daughter that’s on crutches and was denied an electric scooter. The customer service representative at the counter told me to give him my ID or my phone to get the key. This situation was totally embarrassing as well as hurtful to my child as well as myself which are both handicap. I’m not sure why I need to give my belongings to use a handicap device that should be provided to customers that shopping in the store.

Never enough cashiers. There are, currently, 20 people in line and two cashiers. This is the ONLY Whole Foods I've ever seen this level of lack of staffing at.

Currently Whole Foods has mango yuzu Chantilly cake which is a seasonal cake. The outside frosting/cream is mango flavored, while the cream that lines the inside of the cake is yuzu flavored. I prefer the mango part personally because I don't like most citrus but I'm sure you'd like it if you do like yuzu, orange, or lemon. Pretty good as cakes go but I wish it also had real mango pieces (since the berry Chantilly does have real berries).

I saw that this Whole Foods closes at 9pm, so I drove over and arrived at about 8:40pm. The workers and staff were pulling all the food from the salad bar and hot bar. With nearly all the food on their take-away carts, one employee said, "Let me know if you need anything from here." I appreciated that, but wished they hadn't pulled everything early. This Whole Foods is on the smaller side, but has most of the usual offerings. The produce section is a bit sparse, but they have most of the essentials.Parking happens in the garage in the basement. There are electric chargers down there for the Tesla-inclined. Be careful when exiting the garage as its a steep slope to a turn. The curb is nicked up there with people missing it and turning early. I guess they can't see over their car's hoods as they drive up the steep slope.

This is a fantastic Whole Foods in a convenient location. There is plenty of parking. I always come here to return my Amazon packages and the workers are always nice, attentive, and prompt. I came by last week for the $12 for 12 oyster deal, which was a steal! The oysters were shucked for me as well, which gives this place a 5 star. The alcohol section here is also extensive. You can get a large variety of beer, wine, and hard liquor. I definitely recommend this location.
