Truly a criminal outfit charging egregious amounts for push pull service. Actively missing pick ups due to willful negligence and billing the property owners for the overflow. Arrogant service agents who actively lie about billing and service and drivers who won't follow instructions and destroy property and bins.

Our local pickup crew is friendly and thorough. They will leave notes if there's an issue we need to fix and always wave when we happen to be outside.There are no billing or service issues with WM where we live, and the notifications of holiday service are always helpful!
