The customer service in the store is fantastic. The three sales people, Edi and I didn’t get the other names plus the security guard, all stayed after closing to help me sort out finding the shie my son wanted at a different location and they were all just super eager to help and be kind. They’ve got a great clearance wall if you’re on a budget and good sneaks for the boys. It’s nice to go in store these days and their people are kind and so helpful. Many thanks to you guys🙏🏾and we’ll be back

Expect for the security guards to tell the front people who they can ring or not based on who walks in with you and their actions so if you are rushing to go get some soccer shoes for your kid’s game don’t ! Bad customer service at the end. I understand Oakland has gotten out of hand with robberies but I was a paying customer in the end and I have a right to purchase at any moment I want as long as I was aligned with establishment rules. I don’t clump people in a bubble and just because I’m upset with someone I will not take it on all customers. Why does security determine it, they are on some power trip. Will not have my business again here. WSS I hope you read this.

I when to wss for some shoes and and i was shopping for them and then a worker Came up to me and She siad in 3 min the registre will close but in a rude way and i was heading to the registre and i saw some but i was look at it fr like 30 seconds then she siad 2 min loud and i was clearly next to her and next to the registre and she Starting say things about me to the other workers and make faces at me. And this is not the 1 time so do not go to that wss 😡😡

Store Manager Latoya is rude, dozed off while standing, lacks customer service, and supervising skills…..because of her… customers refuse to shop there..Latoya needs customer service, Leader skills and a supervisor refresher training.. She also is dishonest.
