Dropped off my old TV box today. We finally got a big screen and upgraded to 4G.
I was helped by Mariah who is friendly and did her job efficiently. She also encouraged us to consider switching our phone service over to Xfinity as well. Gave us some numbers to think about as an option. Not sure we'll make the jump, but it's worth considering.

I was going to give up on Comcast then walked to this store for help, Abraham fixed every issue I had in 5 minutes. Excellent service.

The agents are rude and they don’t care about their customers, I guess the first requirement to get a job there is to be rude.

I must say customer service there was on point as soon as I arrived and walked through the doors I was greeted and helped with quickly. That's what kind of service that I'm talking about. #You guys rock!

I requested Xfinity mobile to install an account for me and transfer my number from Verizon. The transfer did not go through and Xfinity is blaming me for the problem. I now have spotty cell phone service even though I requested service from at&t. AT&t is still locked in to Verizon and Xfinity. And according to all three companies it's my fault.

I had the best experience 2 months ago and today. Renea I hope I spell her name right. She helped me when I was so frustrated with other carriers. She put me at ease and I got first iPhone. I came by today for Apple Watch and talk about my home services. I did that and ended buy iPad too. She very knowledgeable caring and goes above and beyond. The associates here are absolutely amazing. I will be return for all my Xfinity needs. Better than calling cs for sure.

The service is minimal but, we accomplished what we set out to do....drop cable TV. Too expensive!

Love it! Get in and get out in less than 5mins. I went after work hours to drop off equipment. The customer service was A1..meet and greet. Simple and cut to the chase.

4-stars for the great service we got from Dejoun! We came in on a Tuesday afternoon and it was pretty busy, the guy that checked us in put us down for Spanish speaking service when we told him we had no preference, so when I noticed several people that came in after us got called ahead of us, I went back to the check in desk and thankfully was assisted by Dejoun. When I told him what happened he immediately stepped up to help us removing himself from the check in desk to help us with our issue. He honestly made it up for us. Very grateful for the great customer service. Only taking one star off for the guy who made us wait an extra while for checking us in wrong.

Walked I. Right away greeted. Right away seen and helped out. Excellent service. He even suggest home security. I was very pleased with this young man. I promised I would not forget his name and I did. I want to say Damien. When I look at my receipt I will edit post. I had just gotten off work exhausted. All my needs were met. I was greeted. I was asked how my day was going. Very great team today thank you. January 31,2023 Tuesday. Equipment returned. A sales made. Security cam area $20 a month nice.

Got a charge for $120 for "unreturned equipment" and Comcast won't do anything about it or refund the money taken out of our account. My husband took it to this location and handed it to a worker, yet we got this charge along with the inability to make it right on their end. I spent a hefty amount of time on the phone which is annoying in itself. I'm highly disappointed and would not recommend Xfinity/comcast to my friends.
