4-stars for the great service we got from Dejoun! We came in on a Tuesday afternoon and it was pretty busy, the guy that checked us in put us down for Spanish speaking service when we told him we had no preference, so when I noticed several people that came in after us got called ahead of us, I went back to the check in desk and thankfully was assisted by Dejoun. When I told him what happened he immediately stepped up to help us removing himself from the check in desk to help us with our issue. He honestly made it up for us. Very grateful for the great customer service. Only taking one star off for the guy who made us wait an extra while for checking us in wrong.

Walked I. Right away greeted. Right away seen and helped out. Excellent service. He even suggest home security. I was very pleased with this young man. I promised I would not forget his name and I did. I want to say Damien. When I look at my receipt I will edit post. I had just gotten off work exhausted. All my needs were met. I was greeted. I was asked how my day was going. Very great team today thank you. January 31,2023 Tuesday. Equipment returned. A sales made. Security cam area $20 a month nice.

Got a charge for $120 for "unreturned equipment" and Comcast won't do anything about it or refund the money taken out of our account. My husband took it to this location and handed it to a worker, yet we got this charge along with the inability to make it right on their end. I spent a hefty amount of time on the phone which is annoying in itself. I'm highly disappointed and would not recommend Xfinity/comcast to my friends.

Terrible customer service. The "Manager" which I won't mention by name is horrible. Went into replace my phone and they wouldn't let me. They said I need to go home, log into the account and buy from home. I pay the bill, bought the phones etc... but the account wasn't under my name and they wouldn't call the person to verify their account...where has customer service gone. This guy and team is awful.

Please don't trust Xfinity. I've been a loyal customer for over a decade. I'm paying 150+ for internet alone and it is so spotty. I should get minimum 1gbps but I only get 200mbps on average. Insane! It's a scam. I'm thinking of switching to sonic this is ridiculous. My internet drops now once a day where I have to restart my BRAND NEW router. Wow. Xfinity has never delivered for me. Zero stars if I could.

1. I am currently using Xfinity service, went to the Xfinity store (not this store) to extend my wifi, and he said he would send me the new modem and the extension pod, I have been waiting for more than 2 weeks. Call Xfinity, the rep said it's false info, they don't send out extension pods, just the modem only. Ok, understood. Don't you think you need to train your employees? 2. Trying to schedule an installation and set up. Xfinity tried to charge me $100, and I said no, they lowered it to $70, I said no, I had never been charged for an installation fee before, so they finally scheduled me without charging but it took 2-3 hours to resolve this ridiculous charge. It's inflation I understand, but do you want to lose a customer? it's inflation again! 3. A guy came down to my house and refused to drill in the specific area I preferred him to do. He is not on time, he is lazy and during working he is making complaining noise, sound like if this work is too hard for you, you should quit bro. He didn't clean up the dust, he put the cover not straight, the outlet there out of nowhere. wth?! 4. Xfinity did not respect their customers...

I went there to exchange my wireless cable box because it broke. They had one but they couldn't give it to me because they said they cant account for it because its not in there inventory. I left without a box and the sales guy said to me complete the survey and give me a 10 come back next week it will be fixed. I come back today and same shit. This time the sales guy knew a workaround but coworker said no it wont work . This store will close within a. Year guarantee. I hope not but im never going back. I asked dude to look at other stores to check if can go there for the box.i think he looked for a few seconds and had a dumb look on his fave . Comedy never going there ever.

Upon entering, I was told that due to my being second on the list, it would be a couple of minutes. I decided to start my phone stop watch to ascertain how long it actually took. It took 25 minutes before my name was called. I also saw three employees stop working with their customers to go assist a fourth employee.I told the manager (the one who told me about a couple of minutes) about my observations. I also told him it would have been better to be honest about the waiting time and stop following a script.

Avoid this location at all cost if you really need assistance or support. Most of the staff at this location are not knowledgeable with their own processes and lack basic customer service skills. The staff makes assumptions based on how they feel oppose to trying to get clarification or even looking at notes on a customers account to assist with concerns or discrepancies.
