Had an absolutely incredible roll out class with Lynn here. I felt so safe and welcomed and was able to get a lot of mobility out of my shoulders (a problem spot for me). The room was clean and spacious and the equipment was lovely to work with.

Lovely yoga boutique close to kaiser Oakland. Small socially distance yoga classes with 6-8 people. Offers easy and intermediate difficulty. Environment: peaceful quiet yoga room. Lots of sunlight. Blanket, pillow, balance blocks are offered to students.

After having a situation with another studio I contacted the manager in regards to my trained service dog, the owner was very professional and supportive. Ill be visiting there studio when they have in studio class again.
