I have nail psoriasis and sometimes it’s not as bad and I can get nails put on. I explained this to Tiffany and she was so very gentle and it’s such a wonderful job on my nails. I will continue to go back to her. She checked in with me the whole time to make sure that it didn’t hurt. she was very sweet

Went last week for pedi and cut down nails. Then they couldn't polish my nails to busy. I went today 1week later with a2pm appointment. Arrived and they said I wasn't on the books a d who did I speak with? Showed her my call log on phone and she walled away from me. I told her I will go elsewhere. NEVER AGAIN! There loss. I have my nails done there all the time, and they last quite some time. I am usually accommodated when I need to get in, even without an appointment, and treated well.

I went in for an over grown fill down by a different salon down the rodeo, and i wish i could have shown you before bc Mia blessed this set! She made them thinner and even freehanded this design. Which the other set was a freehand too... but she Aced this one. Even did a pedicure with her! Shes on maternity leave but i can guarantee everyone is awesome. Do recommend to make an appt as they have more priority vs walk ins.

Caused a serious ingrown nail. Injured and cut toe. Bled for 3 days. Always a wait even with appointment.

I had a pedicure. No foot massage. I am so disappointed. I will not be back there. Not friendly at all. I hope the girl was having a bad day. Needless to say, this business lost me as a customer. The whole point of a pedicure is the foot massage.

Very time I come in with our without nail appointment I'm never disappointed. Small shop but still nice and the pedi for the price and is the best and their work is always good! I've tried a lot of the nail salons from Antioch/Brentwood/ Oakley and Pittsburg. And 4G is the best for pedi and gel. I haven't got acrylic done, but it does look fire from Rocky.

One of the worst place I have ever gotten my nails done at! My friend made an appointment at 10:30 for a fill and a full set, when she got there she asked to add a pedicure. They started with her pedicure and while that was getting done they started on her full set. (I was getting the fill) when they were done with the pedicure she came and sat by me, waiting for them to finish the full set (all they did for her hand was put the fake nail on and they were flipped weird and digging into her fingers, it hurt so bad to the point she started crying, so she asked to remove them and the lady ignored her) anyway so she was waiting by me and all 3 of the workers were on their phones ignoring us. So she asked if anyone was gonna finish her nails and the lady looked at her so disgusting and dumbfounded and laughed and started talking to her co workers in another language and never answered the question. So we just left after we paid. Or so we thought. We were walking out to the car while they followed us out telling us we didn't pay the full amount. Because they didn't charge us the right amount. And so we left to another nail solan and they have called us 4 times since ! While we were sitting there another customer walked in asking if they had time to do a fill and the workers ignored her and when they finally acknowledge her they told her to come back at 2:40, while there were 3 workers sitting their on their phones. I will never be going back to such a rude, disorganized and lazy establishment!!

So i tried coming here a few times. Every single time - they make you feel less. God forbid you request them to do a better job with cuticles, filing a certain way, or other things. it's always going to be "it's your nail like that, i can't do different". I am not even being a difficult client. I just want my nails to look like not my 5y.o. niece did them. Today, decided to come here again and wanted white color manicure. The man that's there kept telling me my nail was "see through" and white color wouldn't look good on me. I have regular nails. I was so upset i just told him to not bother about the color and just do clear. He is rude and makes you feel like it's your fault he can't get it done. The ladies here are better, and at least try. I requested white and she found it and used it. The guy should not even touch nails. And he lied they didn't have other white shades. He has no idea what he's doing. Or he just knows he can't work with white colors, so he lies they don't have them. I should've got up and left, but i was short on time and didn't want to spend time driving to another place. And i am writing this review after a few times of getting horrible service here, not just today. Today, i just realized i don't want to come to such places where they are talking about you and making fun of you in Vietnamese. It's incredibly rude and not professional. I don't know ant to pay money to get horrible service, feel judged and laughed at I am done with this place. Would rather drive to Brentwood for better service or even City Nails they treat you much better. Don't waste your tome and money here!

I had enough, I been coming here for a while to let Rocky do my nails, because he does good work. But I'm tired of his rude attitude. He never smiles or says nothing other than what color and style I want, so he was doing my nails yesterday I really noticed how he just grabbed each hand kind of rude. Then I asked him do you ever smile then he gave me a quick fake smile. Then went back to looking mean. After he finished he didn't open his mouth to say go to the wash bowl he jester with his hands and when i came back he said $60 dollars. he charge to much for his rude ass service. Rocky you lost a faithful customer. You must think people going to keep putting up with your rude ass because you can do good nails.

Rocky is the best nail tech! He's fast and doesn't skip a beat when doing my nails. Weather you want something simple or unique design He's amazing! Highly recommend.
