I try not to just give 5 stars out but this one deserves it. I went in to pick up my online order and had my kid with me in one arm. I asked how awkward my order was to carry and the guy volunteered to take it for me out to the car. Shout out to that guy. Made my life so much easier in that moment cause I was stressing.

Guillermo has been a HUGE help these last few weeks as I have been dealing with my trucks issues. On the 5th I ordered a new alternator around 2:00 pm. Wasn't expecting it to be in until the next day. It arrived in store 2 hours later.

Customer service with the lady employees is kinda shitty. Early morning lady made me wait while her customer was still shopping and adding things. Instead of waiting till she was done. I finally had to say something for her to realize that I wasn't going to wait until that lady was done. Ring me up now please I walked up to the only person at tue counter which was Brandi, the store manager. She was busy typing SOMETHING and couldn't take the second to tell me someone would be right with me. Instead she continues typing and acted as if I wasn't there. Another male employee walked up and was helping someone and by chance another young lady walked up and Brandi says to her" can you do a solid and ring her up, Hey Brandi, work on that customer service , it only takes a second to make YOUR customers shopping experience better. I'll be looking for a different parts store to buy my things.

I always feel welcomed here. I've noticed that places that are generally shopped my men for the most part, sometimes I can feel a bit biased towards me. Thankfully this place doesn't feel like that. I feel comfortable getting the things I need for general maintenance on my car.

Called yesterday and tried to get some gear oil. Manager told me he was ordering it and was gonna call me back when it got in in an hour and a half. I called back three hours later to hear him give me a story about how his driver got in a fender bender and he forgot to call me back. I called today and another employee told me the boss never ordered it and they don’t have any of the gear oil I need. Pretty sure the manager is Ricardo and I’ve done plenty of business with him but I now realize he’s not customer service friendly and definitely not trustworthy don’t believe his stories and don’t believe he’s gonna order your parts if you need anything just go to another store or order it online yourself. Horrible experience, very frustrating and he shouldn’t be the manager of anyone with service and disloyalty to the customer like that.

I came here to charge my battery and left it with them. He said it would take an hour and a half to charge and that they would call me once it's finished. After 2 hours I call them and ask about it. Ethan places me on hold 10 minutes to look for my battery that was misplaced by his coworker. Then I come in to identify it because they just can't find it. Finally he finds it in the very back just sitting on the floor. It wasn't charged... at this moment I'm pissed. He said it would take an hour to charge. I mean I only needed 15% of a charge left. He connected it then said "4 minutes". I decide to wait in the store. However it took over 20 minutes. I know this because I stood there playing five 4-minute games of solitaire on my phone. During that time I found it unprofessional how loud the staff talked about their lazy coworkers and the manager stating "if I have to fix every one of your f**k-ups then what's the point of hiring you?" Not that it's any of my business but the conversation was loud and in the open for anyone to hear.
