“From the moment I booked an appointment through receiving my car, I have been so impressed with the professionalism of this place.
My repair included the front grill of my car and paint job to fix the damage caused. I was greeted by Destiny, she has a very friendly demeanor.
I met with Theresa, off the bat I felt comfortable as she was so knowledgeable, I felt very at ease after getting the explanation of what would need to be done. I didn’t even consult with any other body shops. The communication was amazing. I was kept up to date on the delays that were occurring and why. One thing that really stood out to me was when I was called and informed my car was ready for pick up, shorty after Theresa called me back and let me know after she did a final inspection, she found a minor issue that needed to be addressed so my car would be ready the next day instead. Theresa was genuinely apologetic about the delay. I was so grateful for the transparency and the thoroughness.

“We took our 1968 Chevy C-10 truck to Clerisy Concepts for some mechanical updates. We had four wheel disc / power brakes installed, a new transmission, Power steering and had the truck lowered 2 inches. The owner of the shop, Derek is very friendly and knowledgeable with all aspects of the automotive industry. Clerisy Concepts did a great job on our 68 C-10, and we could not be happier. We will be returning to Derek and his shop for other work or upgrades in the future. Billy, the mechanic is an awesome guy with plenty of mechanical knowledge to fix or fine tune whatever you got.”

“I have taken a few of my cars to Jim's Auto Body over the years and they never let me down. They are really professionals and care about the customer. I worked with Brian, who went above and beyond to make sure my car was repaired in the time frame mentioned. He kept in contact and even gave me a ride to his shop to pick up my car since he lived near me. He saved me money on a rental or Uber ride!
The price for the body work wasn't too expensive either.

“I’m honestly so grateful I found Oakley Collision. After my accident, I had no idea I could choose my own body shop. I always thought I had to go with one of the shops my insurance gave me for them to cover the repairs. I ended up finding Oakley Collision almost by accident, and their quote was surprisingly lower AND they helped me with a discount on my deductible.
But honestly, the way they treated me is what made me want to leave this review. Jennifer was so sweet and genuinely cared about making sure I was taken care of. Mario patiently answered my million questions and explained everything without ever making me feel rushed or pressured. They were just kind, honest, and empathetic people during an already stressful situation. They even got my car done earlier than expected.
I’m definitely recommending them to my friends and family. If you’re ever in an accident, just know you have options. Don’t automatically settle for the first shop your insurance gives you. Shop around, but definitely check Oakley Collision first. You can thank me later. 😊”
