They were concerned about me driving her and told me to get her in ASAP because they cared for my safety. Later found out that she was totaled. I was devastated but Bud and the team showed great compassion for the situation. Although I didn’t get work done, I am 100% positive it would have been perfect. They wished me good luck on getting my new BMW. Truly appreciate them!”

“I had to replace the rear spoiler in Audi Q7. I called on Friday and Darryl asked me to drop in on Monday. When I showed up today, the guys replaced it in less than an hour. Everyone there was very courteous and efficient. They asked me to check if everything works and it did! Quick & efficient! I was able to wait for them to fix it and take my car. Would definitely recommend for body work.”

“We took our 1968 Chevy C-10 truck to Clerisy Concepts for some mechanical updates. We had four wheel disc / power brakes installed, a new transmission, Power steering and had the truck lowered 2 inches. The owner of the shop, Derek is very friendly and knowledgeable with all aspects of the automotive industry. Clerisy Concepts did a great job on our 68 C-10, and we could not be happier. We will be returning to Derek and his shop for other work or upgrades in the future. Billy, the mechanic is an awesome guy with plenty of mechanical knowledge to fix or fine tune whatever you got.”

“Got two spoilers on my car painted. One was painted to match and the other black. The match looks great. Steve assured me that they would use all the proper techniques and ingredients to do the rubber spoilers correctly. The price was fair and Steve, the owner, was very nice and knowledgeable. They also got my car in and out on the same day and got it in about a week sooner than expected. I will be contacting Steve once my mom needs her front bumper repainted”

“Mike is a hard worker and will have you leaving confident in the work he's done. Very passionate about his craft and takes his time. Unfortunately highway 4 always has some debris on the freeway, and I was a victim of hitting a large object in the middle of the road. Mikes team got the job done and make my first experience very comfortable. My only recommendation is to make sure you have a rental or spare car, and yes they never answer the phones. So Pull up to the shop to get real ETA on your car.”

“So we took our car here to get an estimate to get fixed and we were able to ahead and drop the car off. The service this far is great. They came out right away to look at the car and wrote up paper work. I can’t remember the service reps name but he was very polite and helpful.I can’t let you know the quality or value of service quite fully because we just dropped the car. But I will do an update once we get the car back. However, customer service is excellent!The building is nice and clean, and if you have wait there is a very nice lounging/lobby area. They also offer coffee and tea while you wait. That’s pretty cool. Oh one last thing they offered a shuttle service as well. So more to come on this review…”

“They gave me a price. My insurance adjuster agreed, and wrote me a check, less my deductible. I brought my car in on the scheduled appointment date. They handed me items from the car that they thought I might want to retain. They shuttled me back home. They kept me informed as to the status of the repair. When they started the repair, they found more damage. My insurance company agreed. They called to advise the car was repaired one day earlier than expected. I asked for a discount, since I was paying by my bank's cashier check, and they would not have to pay a credit card fee. They agreed. They sent a shuttle to pick me up. The car looked cleaned, inside and out. I was very pleased.”

“Tonight my 3 year old daughter somehow locked our car doors with both her and our 3 month old inside. We were in the target parking lot after just loading up our car (keys included) after our shopping trip and the owner of Templer's Towing just happened to pull up and hear us trying to get our daughter to unlock the doors. Within seconds she had called one of her trucks to come help us out. The guy arrived in minutes and unlocked our car with no problem. The owner was super thoughtful and both her and the driver were very professional with very fast response times! We even have AAA and I would suggest Templer's to all my friends and family.
