Can't say how reliving it was when the tow boat showed up and Both Tommy and John were full of smiles and energy. Tommy was very informative and took the time to ensure the safety of the boat and the surrounding boats due to crwding, winds and rain. Tommy and John moved our boat to the new marina in record time under the predicted time due to the wind and rain. “Looking for stars because of their responsive they beat almost everybody's price but they got me for $20 more than the lowest cost and that is enough for four stars I would give them five because they definitely went out of their way to service me but that $20 man that $20 if you get it just lowered it 20 more dollars you got five stars full service I still appreciate the lift still one of the cheapest in town and very short notice and I appreciate it especially since I didn't have to be there that was really good so you know what okay five stars all right you got five stars no damage to the car not that I would have mattered the junk but thank you”

“I'm not sure that I remember my technicians name (my bad). I'm on Salter Ct in Pleasant Hill. I just wanted to say that this young man was polite and friendly. After working on the car for quite a bit, he thought that I might have to get a new battery. The current battery is only 1 year old. He persevered and got it going He continued to check out everything, and was very thorough. I have used Arrowhead before, and I will definitely recommend them to friends and family.”

“Tonight my 3 year old daughter somehow locked our car doors with both her and our 3 month old inside. We were in the target parking lot after just loading up our car (keys included) after our shopping trip and the owner of Templer's Towing just happened to pull up and hear us trying to get our daughter to unlock the doors. Within seconds she had called one of her trucks to come help us out. The guy arrived in minutes and unlocked our car with no problem. The owner was super thoughtful and both her and the driver were very professional with very fast response times! We even have AAA and I would suggest Templer's to all my friends and family. Thanks for helping us out!”

“Called for a tow to the tire shop. On the phone I was given a reasonable price and a very good response time IMO (45 min) for a flat bed tow. They arrived a few minutes earlier than they said they would and took good care of my car (and driveway). Courteous and professional. I would definitely use them again… but hoping I never have to. :)”

“I called multiple 24hr tow company's and not one answered. Called Pena Towing 32 minutes prior to them opening and they answered!! I Explained I needed a tow from my house to my mechanics, 7.5 miles distance. Female representative I spoke to informed me it was a flat rate fee $200, now that might sound pricey but other reviews for a few other local companies had $300/350 flat rate fees listed. Representative was polite, took my information quickly yet not rudely, informed me driver would get to my location at 830; and sure enough he showed up on time, a minute early in fact. Driver was friendly and moved with a sense of urgency (which you do not see a lot anymore), loaded/secured my vehicle on the flatbed and was off. No hassle at all with this company; employees were polite, knowledgeable, on time & business is family owned and operated. Need a tow and like supporting local small businesses highly recommend Pena.”
