Jerry Y has helped me back to back opening a personal and business account but how he stood out was definitely is FRIENDLY SERVICE and his care for me as his client. Glad I made a friend out of the experience.

I'm mortified with the service here at this location of Chase. I scheduled a meeting online for an appointment today at 9am to open a business account with Edson Pedmonte. But he decided to assist walk-ins before me. When I tried to get his attention the second time he burdened me off and said I had to see a business banker, Sal. I don't understand why I was assigned to Sal when I made it specific online that i was going to open a business account. I was seen at 9:20am by the way. I could've been feeding my 2 year old his breakfast instead of standing around like a d*** a*** A waste of my time. I told Edson that I have a phone meeting at 10am and I have to be in front of my computer during my meeting.WHAT A WASTE OF MY TIME!!!The best they can do is tell me to come. I made this appointments specifically at 9am because o have a two year old at home. They were trying to reschedule me for another day. So much for customer service. It's like Edson didn't listen to a word I was saying. The only time slot they have today is at 2pm. That's when I put my son down for a nap. How convenient are they to a customer since 2009!?!I've been a customer since 2009 with one personal account and three business account for my real estate investment business. And they have the audacity to reschedule my appointment.I'm not writing this review to vent. But to save other business owners from opening an account with a bank with the lowest quality customer service. PLEASE open your business account with another bank that will provide you with the customer service you deserve. If I walk in again today at 2pm and they continue to give me unsatisfactory service I'm thinking twice of moving my accounts to another bank with better customer service.A continuation of my experience...I opened my email and noticed that my appointment is scheduled for tomorrow when Edson Pedmonte said that he rescheduled me for today. You're damn right I called and took this matter into my hands. Luckily, Diana (team leader) was able to resolve this issue. So I change my rating to a two star instead of one.As a WIFE, MOM, BOSS my time is as valuable as my money. I respect employees who honor that with their customers. As a repeat customer for over ten years, customer service is the number one quality I look for in a business.I'll let this one slide. But if I experience another terrible service I will definitely close all my accounts (1 personal and three business) and take my Monet elsewhere. Any bank with terrible customer service, doesn't deserve to hold my money to reap interest.

When I went into Chase I was trying to open a business account. I had tried to open a business account at 6 other banks, but kept running into huge problems. Like, wanting to hold large amounts of money for 30 days, or even 14 days or only allowing me to withdraw $1000.00 a day or even limiting my transactions to that amount every day. Well I deal in large transactions and all my bills were ready to be due and this was not going to work. I had a large amount of cash and a large cashiers check from another local bank. Chase held my money for two days, they called the other bank, verified it was real money and released it all. They didn't give me low transaction per day limits and were friendly and expedient. On top of that I had a problem 2 weeks later and they handled it quickly and professionally. Mind you, I don't have to go in to do my banking, but whenever I have an issue and have to call, they answer their phone (like a lot of locations do not) and they handle my situation or questions. I recommend them for business banking.

I went to this branch for a quick pay check deposit and I walked in wearing my motorcycle helmet because 1) i'm in a rush and just want to get in and out quickly, 2) I wanted to cover my face because of the coronavirus. The teller lady tells me I have to take off my helmet because she needs to see my face because it's their security policy. I turn around and point to the 3 people standing in line behind me that are wearing medical face masks and tell her that they are covering their face also. She told me I'm aloud to cover my face but I cant cover my face and head... it's there security policy. I said so I can't wear a medical face mask and be wearing a hat at the same time? She said if I did I would have to take one of them off, it's there security policy. One minute later a guy walks in wearing a medical mask, sunglasses, and a baseball hat. The teller helps him no problem. I call my teller out on this and she tells me that if that teller doesn't have a problem with him wearing that that's her security policy. So I guess some of there employees are just racist against motorcycle riders
