“Excellent excellent customer service! I called in the morning and confirmed they were an actual stand alone old school florist and not an 800 put together yourself florist. I also asked whether they could deliver flowers later that day on such short notice. My boss was going home from the hospital that day and to my surprise they could. My next request was for them to put something together for my him. I gave my budget and trusted their judgment with creativity. Later that day I received a picture of the flowers from my boss, thanking the team for the thoughtful gesture. I was very pleased with the whole experience and I would highly recommend.”
