We have been renting at this storage facility for 12 years, and unfortunately, our unit has been broken into 3-4 times in the past few years. The most recent incident occurred just last month, resulting in the theft of many of our belongings, including cherished items that belonged to our children—memories of their childhood that we can never recover. Some of the stolen items were later discovered in a car that had been reported stolen in Antioch. After we filed a police report with the Oakley PD, they reviewed the CCTV footage, but the detective informed us that the video quality was extremely poor. Despite being loyal customers for over a decade, all we see are annual price increases instead of any discounts for our long-term commitment. We pay a significant amount, yet they seem unable to invest in quality cameras to deter thieves. It’s clear that they need to improve their customer service and take better care of their facilities. Isn’t that what we’re paying them for?

I don’t normally write reviews, but I just had to write one for Public Storage in Oakley. This place has outstanding service! The manager Yvonne is a pleasure to work with. Yvonne goes above and beyond to be helpful and she is always very nice! The facility is always kept clean. I highly recommend this storage facility.

I haven't had a bad thing to say about this place, or Ivon. She has help me I. So many ways, she help me understand about my unit and my payment . She took her time and made sure I understand about the late fees and the gate code and also my unit. I really appreciate her.

I would love to rate this place I have rented there over 3 years.
The property is always so clean and very well kept. . Ivón, is the manager at this location. Ivon is very good at her job and dealing with people she always has a smile and is very polite and goes above and beyond to satisfy her customers! I would very much recommend this place to anyone looking for storage. Good employees are hard to find as well as a well kept and clean business.
